Smoothie King Center

As I stand on the big stage, with thousands of fans screaming my name. I couldn't help but get emotional. It's the last show of my American tour. We ended it in New Orleans. It's close to home.

I wave to the crowd. I wipe the tears that fell from my eyes.

My name is Keeley Trahan. I'm an 18 year old upcoming pop star. My single, 'Greedy', was #1 for almost a month. My album, 'Lovin' You', has been the most sold in 2018 along side with Billie Eilish.

I smile at the fans, "New Orleans!" I yell, into my head set mic. The arena goes crazy. I smile at every fan in each seat.

"I want to say thank you for the love and support you given to my album. Thank you for welcoming me back home. I truly missed it here. I love you all so much. Have a goodnight and get home safely."

To my goodbye to the fans, I take a bow and waved to them. I rushed off of the stage and went back stage. There to greet me was my best friend Felicia. Her eyes were glassy.

I take her into an warm embrace. She rubs my back as the rest of the crew members enveloped us into a group hug. Felicia and I couldn't help but laugh. They let go of us. Felicia and I pulled away from each other.

She cups my face and wiped my tears, "I am so proud of you. You get changed. Let's go home."

I nod as she lets go of my face. I take off my head set and handed to a crew member. I made my way to my dressing room. I quickly get out of my outfit and slipped on some sweats and my oversized hoodie.

I go to the large vanity and grabbed my make up wipes. I take off the false eyelashes and took off the heavy make up. Satisfied, I took out the many bobby-pins in my head. I brush out the hairspray.

There's a knock.

"Come in!" I call.

I look through the mirror and it's Felicia with our bags. I smile through the mirror and turned around.

"We're driving?" I ask.

She smiles and nods, "Yes ma'am. The car is ready. All we have to do is pack up and go."

I jump in joy and grabbed my bag. I turn off the light of the vanity and made sure to have my phone. I walk out of the dressing room and made our way to the car.

I thank God Felicia is driving because we hit bad weather. And what makes it worse. We're on the Atchafalaya Basin. My anxiety never been more high than it is now. I take out my phone to distract myself.

I go threw my Twitter. I go to my notifications and my eyes widen. No way!

@BTS_twt followed you back

I contain my excitement. I refresh my feed and they or someone has retweeted a lot of my stuff. A huge smile spreads across my face. I exit out of twitter and went to Snapchat.

I open a few and responded to a few friends. I look up and we're getting off the Basin. My eyes widen. Woah.

I relax and leaned back in the passenger seat. I pull my hood up over my head to cover the head lights on the other side of the interstate. Felicia turns up the radio to have some noise to keep her up. My ears catch the tune of 'Youngblood' by 5SOS. I hum to the song. Next thing, I was over come with sleep.

-

"Keeley." A voice says.

I groan and slowly slipped back to sleep.

"Keeley." The voice says again, as the person shakes my body.

I shot up and looked to see a wide eyed Felicia. She couldn't help but cackle. I groan and rubbed my eyes. Her hand taps my shoulder. I look over at her with my eyes barely open.

She points with a smile on her face, "We're home."

I look over and my eyes widen. My home. I haven't seen this house in nearly 10 months. A rush of emotions come over me. I missed my mom, my dad, my brother, and my sister. Leaving them to do this tour was just heart breaking. But I'm so glad I had Felicia with me. I had to see a familiar face from home.

Mom couldn't come because of her job. Same thing with dad. My brother and sister couldn't come due to school. So I am so thankful Felicia said yes with no hesitation.

A lone tear rolls down my cheek. I look at the time.

1:34a.m.

Nobody should be up. We'll have to be quite. I look at Felicia, "Let's go inside."

With no hesitation, she turns off the car and got out. I follow her actions. We grabbed our luggage and enter my parents house missing the nightly rain.
