Chapter 9: The Challengers

The team put their skates on and were ready to have some fun. However, it didn't go as well as they had imagined. Axel and Mark challenged everyone to a race and if they wone they humiliated the other person. Jude and Y/N kept themselves more silent at the sidelines and didn't involve a lot in it.

"This isn't how I expected it to be." Celia said to Silvia.

"Yeah, me neither. Mark and Axel aren't really being nice towards the other."

"I know, and Y/N and onii-chan don't even participate. Maybe we should bring a stop to this."

"Hmm...or we let Axel and Mark challenge them too." 

"How?"

She just smiled and whispered something in the other girl's ear. Then she skated to the two boys while Celia skated to her brother and Y/N.

"I see that you want another challenge." Silvia said to them.

"It's more fun that way." Mark replied. "Do you wanna challenge us?"

"Not really I just came to say that there are people here that think that they are way better than you two."

"That isn't true." Axel said to her.

"It is."

"Who are they?"

"Jude and Y/N...I heard them saying to each other that they think that you two are pathetic."

"Hmph"

"Anyway, you shouldn't listen to me if you think that I'm lying right now."

"They really said that about us?" Y/N asked Celia.

"Yeah, I heard them say it myself."

"They should look at themselves. They think that they are the best in everything." Jude replied.

"Anyway, I just wanted you to know. I'm leaving now see you later."

Tho other two didn't reply and just watched their two friends with anger written all over their faces.

Everyone was standing by the sidelines, watching their captain and his three friends argue with each other. 

"So you want to challenge us?" Mark asked Y/N and Jude.

"More like you want to challenge us!" Jude replied.

"Hmph...sure, if that's how you see it." Axel said back to him.

"Let's just settle this already. The two of you against the two of us." Mark said to his friends.

"Alright." Y/N replied. 

Axel and Jude stood at the start/finish line of the track field with Mark and Y/N behind them. The only thing that is different is that they won't use it for a run, but for a skating race.

"Alright, so only if Axel and Jude are over the finish line you two can start, got it?" Silvia asked.

"Yeah!" The four of them replied in at the same time. 

"Okay,...1...2...3...start!"

The two boys left and they were pretty quick. Unfortunately, Axel was a little bit quicker, so Mark could start earlier than Y/N. But Y/N was way faster than Mark, so they still won from them.

"Who is the one that is pathetic now, huh?" Y/N asked Mark.

"What are you talking about? We never called you guys that. You are the ones who said that about us."

"What? We didn't say that." Jude replied. "Who told you guys that?"

"Silvia said that they overheard a conversation the two of you had. Who told you guys?"

"Celia..."

They looked over where the two girls were standing and didn't look happy at all.

"Oopsie, I think that they found out about our little plan." Celia said to Silvia.

"I think you're right...Maybe we should go."

"Great plan."

And so the two managers left. Leaving the team alone with the four angry teenagers.

"So they want to play a little game with us?" Y/N said to the three boys.

"Let's play then." Axel replied.

"Sure, but first we have to inform the headquarters of this. Let's go already." Mark said while heading towards the school gates with the others following.
