              "Rea? San ka? Pupuntahan kita?" nagmamadaling tanong ko kay Rea nang sinagot na niya ang tawag ko.

["No! No!"] she paused. ["I'll..I'll try to talk to Gerald."] mahinang sabi niya.

"Ano? Nababaliw ka na ba?"

["Basta! Ako na bahala, Cass! Thank you!"] sabi niya at pinatay ang tawag.

I sat down in my study chair and got my pen. I was sketching when Coal appeared on my mind. I wasn't drunk. I was mad. I was upset. Was I too harsh?

He was the one always approaching me. But why? I don't get the point. Then I remembered what the girl told me. Who the hell is Julia? Wala siyang binanggit sa 'kin na Julia, not that kailangan naman dahil I have no right to demand an answer. But why take me out for lunch and dinner when you have a girl to pursue? I really don't get him. He is complicated. Really complicated.

I was occupied for 6 days but Coal didn't leave my mind. Every second, I'm thinking about him. Thinking why and what is his intention. And why was I too harsh on him. Was I too harsh? Did I hurt him that much? I left him in the rain all by himself, I'm sure he is mad. If he's not, then why isn't he contacting me? I realized that everything feels different without him. Nasanay na ako na palagi niya ako tinatawagan para mang-aya ng lunch.

The past few days were like my old life. School and family always. I attended 2 business parties with my Dad and I didn't see Coal around. I know I had to say sorry for yelling at him but I can't do it. My pride is too high.

"Cassy?"

And here I am, sitting in Café Tribu with Justin. We have been meeting each other for days now. He is a really good man and siya palagi naga-approach sa akin like Coal. But I really feel different kung si Coal. Para bang komportable ako and I can be myself. I really don't understand.

"I'm sorry, Justin. Can we meet again on Wednesday? My mind is too occupied with..school stuff." sabi ko kay Justin.

"Yeah, sure. You seem really bothered."

Hinatid niya ako pauwi sa bahay. Pagdating ko, chineck ko kaagad ang Instagram ko pero no messages from Coal, kay Rea lang.

I think she knows me and Justin met because of my IG story. I am really updated in my Instagram pero last post ko ay 'yung picture ni Coal.

@cassandraV: Just need a distraction.

@delmundo_reallyn: Wow naman. Ang haba ng hair mo. Ginawa mo lang distraction ang isang gwapong lalaki tulad ni Justin. Anyways, distraction? From who or from what?
