chapter 10

(Ruby P.O.V)
I was running till my lungs where physically on fire. I was breathing heavily and fell to my knees
"H-he dosen't n-n-need to know a-ab-about my p-problems" I said nearly crying while shoved my hands into the grass.
"Your right he doesn't need to know about your own problems stupid little rat!" Trinity said as she stood above me. I tried to back away but I felt strong hands on my shoulders. A sharp pain passed through my shoulders as my bag was ripped off my shoulders and tossed off to the side. Sharp pains passed through my arms, strong forces of impact came at me. I felt swollen, it felt like I was going to black out if this still happened when unconscious I could probably die...oh fuck it these guys want me dead in any way possible. My eyes started to get heavy I started thinking it was due to blood lost. Tears where like rivers on my face.
" p-please stop" I only had the strangthe to mumble that.
But that's when it did stop I looked up and realized a blue and purple aura surrounding them. I took that opportunity to slowly crawl to my bag feeling like I was gonna black out at any second.
"One more time if your at her I will escort you out of this region!" I heard Steven snap
"Of course he followed me" I thought, I some how got my senses back in order and able to start digging through my bag trying to find water, a cloth and bandages. Steven ran over got down to his knees and started to dig through my bag as I sat there exhausted and filled in pain. When he found my water Bottle he soaked a cloth and gently took my arm I flinched at the pain as he patted the soaking wet cloth along my arm taking up the flowing blood on my arm. It hurts really badly it came to the part where I yanked my arm away from his grasp and he looked at me my eyes are heavy like hell and asked in complete pain
"W-why a-are y-you d-d-doing t-this"
"Ruby you're going to die if I didn't get over here" Steven explained
"Bu-but im just wasting your time" I said weakly
"No your not! You getting injured because of something that wasn't your fault" Steven snapped gently grabbing my arm to wipe away the blood.
"It is-" he cut me off with
"Its not your fault Ruby. They decided to hurt you like this..." Steven explained while taking the bandages and wrapped it around my arm. He stood up and gently taking my arm to help me stand up.... he grabbed my bag and called over his Metagross. Trinity, ian,jack and Anthony were released from the grip of the aura as his shiny Metagross came over. He gently landed and Steven helped me on top of Metagross....
I was on my knees as Metagross floated up in the air.
"W-Where ar-are we going" I asked looking at Steven his hand on Metagross side as he walked beside him.
"I'm taking you to the pokemon center your to weak to continue on your journey so don't attempt to say you need to continue on because of how injured you are" Steven explained while looking at me
"St-Steven" I said
"Yes?" He replied
"Th-thank y-you"
"Thank you f-for saving me" I said weekly
He smiled and said
"It was the right thing to do".
