Flower petals dancing into the opened dorm room window of a college student inscribing words of a poem for today because his family has been bugging, forcing him with finding someone to be with around this time of year.

Reciting each sentence multiple times to get it in his head.

It didn't work for him very much. This was a tradition back then that they have to go to a specialized love expert while being dolled up. Yes, the Kim's son is very pretty for a man.

Anyone would want to have him as their love. The son can do anything in such a beautiful state that it was ethereal to others. How his perfect face of his facial features was placed. It was like actual artwork you could say.

His eyes so angelic with the shade of brown in his eyes, the soft tan skin like honey, the angle of his jaw, pretty plump pink lips that can be kissable, a perfect nose, body proportions were unexplainably god-like, and most of all, his beauty marks of moles perfectly placed on his face.

Every detail he had was amazing.

The pretty male didn't want to do this but it was for the family. His father will get mad and dishonor him and his mother will be in emotions if she did something wrong that caused all of this. Plus his grandma would still love her sweet Taehyung because luck was on his side in her eyes.

Yes, his grandma always believed in luck, like a lucky cricket and she does gamble in her own time. She's very fun to be around.

Right now, being alone in a dorm room, reciting a poem while getting ready was a lot for Taehyung. He put on his best outfit that consists of a white button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up a bit, so he can see the poem on his inked forearm. Slipped on some denim jeans and belt wrapping around his waist.

Taehyung headed over to the bathroom to fix up his messy dark hair to clean curls like silk. Still messy a bit. Even added a magnolia flower clip to the touch. Added jewelry of a necklace his mom gave him before he left for university.

After that, he headed to the door to fit his feet in some black boots under the cuff of his jeans.

When heading out the door and locked it, a faint voice was coming louder and louder from the hallway. "Taehyung!"

"Jimin?"

It was his friend since high school. They're going to the same college together but in different majors. "You're going to that matchmaker place your mom told you?"

"Yeah I am." a small sigh slipped out with the feeling of not wanting to go, "it's ridiculous really. We're not in the dynasty era anymore."

The two boys started walking together because Jimin promised to come along if everything would go well. Hoping a little luck would be in hand with him around. "That's rough buddy."

"I know and my dad wears hanboks still even if they are fashionable these days too. My mom wears Korean dresses for occasions or time to time, and my grandma...we'll, she's experimenting with modern clothes." tradition in the family was somewhat still in the old era but new as well. It was complicated that they stick to family things when the world is advancing.

"That's crazy. My parents aren't like yours, but your grandma seems cool." Jimin smiled with his eyes while rubbing the back of his neck making things better for his friend. "She kind of is but my grandma is all on this luck thing. Before I left for my first day of university, she held a cricket in a small cage for me to bring on this matchmaking."

His friend had to laugh on that which made Taehyung raised an eyebrow, "What?"

"It's nothing. Your grandma is something but let's say that cricket is me." Taehyung shook his head while smiling at the male with the swept brunette hair next to him. "Fine, I will, your my lucky cricket for today then Jimin."
