A little side story. Does not have to do anything with plot except what might happen ;)

A lot of people stick with the same PoV. Artemis, Percy, Thalia, Annabeth. I try to switch it up a little.

When the Olympians were informed of the cheating Annabeth, and stupid Damien.

Athena PoV

I can't believe my daughter w- would be so STUPID! You could see that Percy was a real man. Hell even I would date him! But I don't like him that way. I'm going after someone else. Someone who has the same qualities as Percy. Sadly, he is married. It didn't matter. I can't fall in love. I'm a VIRGIN GODDESS! I can't have feelings like this. Ugh. I put my head in my face. Why does life have to be so hard?

*flashback*

I was sitting on my throne up on Olympus, when I received an invitation to Poseidon and Amphitrite's wedding. My smile disappeared from my face. I didn't say anything though.

*Time Skip To Wedding*

The Bride was as beautiful as ever walking down the aisle. I wanted to be one. But that would never happen. I'm not as beautiful as Amphitrite. All these guys choose looks over personalities. But the bride kept glancing at my direction. Then she smiled. I will never be loved huh. Then I look over at the Groom. Just thinking about him brings a blush to my head.

*Time Skip*

As I watched the couple walk into my temple, I can't help but feel hopeless. I've loved him so long but he never notices. I just want him to pay attention instead of random girls. But he doesn't look too happy. Like he doesn't want to be here. That's probably just my hopeful thinking.

Out of Jealousy I changed the girl into a wicked being that would turn people to stone. The man looked happy. The girl tried to kiss him but the man walked away. On that day, I swore I would be a virgin and never lay, until I found the one.

*Time Skip*

I was walking over through the distant wastelands of Athens recalling some memories. When he struck that rock letting water flow. That cheeky grin that made me swoon. I wasn't supposed to be like this. I loved a man who wouldn't ever love me.

*flashback end*

Authors PoV
Hmm... A little Athena Backstory??? By now i'm pretty sure you know who the man is but how will this "story" play out? This doesn't have anything to do with the main actual plot, but maybe this ship will sail? *winks suggestively* in the story I mean

Poseidon PoV

Those grey eyes. Overflowing with knowledge. That beautiful golden blonde hair. Her laugh. When she smiles, it's the most beautiful thing in the world. I was hopelessly in love with her. I think of all the times I've tried to get her to even look at me.

*flashback*

I asked Amphitrite to marry me. She asked why, if I haven't ever paid attention to her before. I told her why. She had a glint in her eye and agreed. I invited everyone to the wedding. I was not in love with Amphitrite. We are friends though.

I brought a girl to her temple. I didn't like this girl. Infact, the opposite. She was a mean bratty girl who only married for money. I hated her. So when I saw her change into a ugly creature I smiled. She tried to kiss me but I only backed away. I sighed because she may never notice me. Even if I am putting up some Large signs

I tried to patronize another country. But It didn't have my heart in it. I recall those beautiful gray eyes sparkling everytime she got something right. That smug smile when the people picked her to be their patron. How the fates hate me. I was in love with a girl who would never love me.
