"Are we there yet?"

Ryder shake his head implying no

Some more minutes passed, "Areeee we thereeee yet?" I asked my anxiety  growing.

"Do you see anything around?"

I looked  around seeing no houses or any sort of civilization in sight only tall trees.

"Where are we even going? And it's," I glanced down at my phone "...almost 4 pm"

"Then you better tell your mom you will be late,"

That devil. I sighed deciding to send a text to my mom. Can't he just tell me where we were going.

"If you are planning to do something to me. I swear I-"

"Maybe in your dreams but sorry you're not my type," He said giving me a onceover.

My jaw dropped at the disrespect "I know I'm not pretty but you don't have to tell me I'm ugly,"

"I never said you were ugly," He commented

"Yes, you did. Back at my home," I may forget someone complimenting me but will never forget anyone who called me ugly.

"Did I?"

"Yes you did," I narrowed my eyes on him. His audacity to forget something so rude that he had said.

"Ah okay. I didn't mean it okay. Now stop glaring at me. I can feel your eyes on me," he quickly gave me a glance then returned his gaze on the road "You know, if you weren't so dumb I'd asked you out,"

This time my eyes grew big. I quickly looked away from him. My whole body feeling warm suddenly "Pfft, I'm not dumb. You aren't my type either,"

"Are you calling me ugly. I'm hurt," he said chuckling.

"Narcissist," I whispered.

...

"-riously fallen asleep?"

I opened my eyes hearing Ryder's unamused voice. I was having a hard time keeping myself awake.

"Where are we?" I asked ignoring his question.

We were in some kind of garage or something. There were rows of cars parked as far as my eyes could reach.

"You'll see,"

I groaned "Why won't you just tell me?"

He was already out of his seat.

Of course why would he tell me now.

I wonder if he'll just stab me and say 'You have arrived your destination'

"Want one?" Ryder shoved an apple in front of my face,

Seriously an apple?

"No, thanks. Where did you even get it?"

He lifted his hand and there  was a cute wooden basket with different colored tissues peeking at the top.

"Who gave you that?" I frowned in confusion.

"It's a gift for someone. It was in the car the whole time,"

"And you are eating it?" I asked baffled.

"One apple missing won't do any harm,"

"You're weird,"

"I am just hungry okay? And there is nothing we can buy here right now,"

"Unbelievable. Are we visiting someone?"
