I was at the coffee shop, waiting for my caramel macchiato, my feet were impatient as I tapped them impatiently on the floor.
After getting my coffee, I realized that I was already late as hell.
I immediately took the hot cup and rushed out of the cafe, trying so hard not to fall in my five-inch heels as I ran towards the way of my office.
Damn it y/n, why couldn't you just skip coffee today? Damn you foodie. I scolded myself.
Soon, I reached the building, I just walked into the elevator and pressed the button of the top floor impatiently, as I waited for the lift to move upward, I took a sip of the coffee and immediately pulled it away from my mouth.
Fuck that shit is hot! I realized I had burnt my tongue.
I let my tongue out letting it touch the cold air to soothe it, but it just didnt seem to work.

I sighed as I walked out of the elevator, with my bag and a file including the hot coffee, my hands were, well occupied.
The combination of me and block heels with all of this stuff and a tall wide figure bumping into me resulted in the huge mess sprawled over the white marble floor.
The hair and the clothes which I spent two hours to pick out were now messy and had bits of coffee on them, thankfully the lid was tight and the whole coffee didn't spill out, my file and the documents in them, however were not so lucky, they were now sprawled and some were even crumpled under me.
I sighed as I tried to get up, soon I lost my balance and fell down again, I noticed that one of my heel had given up on me.
Can this get any worse? My patience had reached it's limit.
I tried to pick the documents up and looked at the guy who was lying beside them, shocked at what had happened, his face looked like it had just come right out of a statue, his black long hair was lightly drenched with sweat from the fall, his lips were parted in shock, they were so full, and looked like they could be ones of the models for lipsticks, his huge and broad shoulders and his baby pink shirt stained with the macchiato, he pouted and got up.
" Hey, can't you see where you're going?" I was frustrated.
" What do you mean? You walked out in such a rush?" he replied slowly.
" I- I have to be at the CEO's office any minute now- and Now I'm late because of you-" I sighed.
" Are you okay tho? Looks like your heel is broken, let me help you " he picked everything up properly and helped me stand up properly.
" well looks like you can't walk" he smiled.
" It's okay, I can," I returned a smile, it was my fault anyway and he was so nice about it, I might as well forget it.
" So, you joined today" he smiled after putting everything at the empty desk.
" mmh I did, thank you so much for helping me back there" I smiled.
" It's okay, now go meet your CEO" he just returned another smile.
"S-sir what are you doing here? You have to leave for paris in an hour with your new secretary-" a lady came up and looked at him and me and stopped speaking.
"wai- what?" I was shocked, I was supposed to go to paris with the CEO, is this guy the CEO?
" miss kang, good you already met CEO kim, oh why do you have coffee stains on you?" she asked frowning.
" it's okay Bella, just go and get me another blazer, also get miss Kang one too, I can take care of everything else." he waved the lady off.
" W-wait, s-sir I'm really sorry I didn't know you were the CEO- I'm sorry" I started apologizing profusely.
" Well let's go get changed shall we, we certainly can't go to Lorraine like this-" he smiled signalling that everything was okay.
I thankfully nodded and smiled at him.
He gave me a wink before going to get changed.
