Akira feels her mouth curl into a smile as awe shines in her eyes. "It's so beautiful!" She murmurs, stepping further into the clearing.

Erza smiles as she steps up beside the Suishou, and says, "Well, after everything you've been through, I figured you could use this time to relax. And, being a crystal mage, I thought you'd love to see these stellanium crystals."

Erza was right; Akira had been on edge ever since she'd first learned that Zash uses Mind Control Magic, just like Sora Kaminari, and she'd been so shaken up when she and Lucy were locked in that cell, and Zash was about to use Lucy for his blood sacrifice.

Akira gazes around the clearing, feeling happiness swell in her heart. Akira turns to her fellow S-class mage and whispers gratefully, "Thank you, Erza-nee-chan!" Akira throws herself at Erza and wraps her arms tightly around the Requip Magic user, making her blink in surprise for a second. Then, a smile curls Erza's own lips upward and she hugs Akira back tightly.

Akira feels her body relaxing considerably as she lets out a sigh of content. For as long as she can remember, Akira has always felt safe in Erza's arms whenever she'd hold her. Akira feels as though nothing in the whole world could hurt her when she's with Erza like this, and that's exactly how she feels when her mate holds her in his own arms.

This was just perfect, but...

... there's something, or rather, someone, missing...

After what feels like an eternity, Akira and Erza pull back. Akira smiles as she says sincerely, "Thank you, Erza-nee. I really appreciate this, but, I just wish that... Rogue-kun were here to see this..."

Erza gives her a look of understanding as she replies, "I understand, Aki-chan. But, you'll get to tell him all about it when you get back."

Akira nods, smiling at the thought.

A moment of peaceful silence settles between them, until Erza speaks up.

"How about a song? Singing always makes you feel better."

Akira nods as she agrees, "Alright. What shall I sing?"

Erza smiles as she says, "Anything you want."

Akira takes a moment to think, before a song finally comes to mind, and she begins singing, her soft, melodic voice resonating through the forest, reaching the ears of her teammates and making them smile as well, even if most of them are sleeping.
