Instead of Geno or String or whichever made up Sans, it was an Outer Sans that was taken.
Your choice which Outer Sans was taken.
Thanks to Error used to being Outer Sans, he can float without needing any equipment, and why he's always drawn to Outertale.
Imagine reactions when they found out, either by reveal, experiment, paint, something else.
No wonder why Error always seems to walk on air.
