They're alright...

(Eddie POV)

Gaege and Y/N were upstairs and the guys and I were in the kitchen. We were talking about skits when I heard a scream and a bang. We all looked at each other and ran out of the kitchen. We heard sirens outside and they stopped. Mully ran to the door to open it as Josh, Narrator and I ran up the stairs. As we made it up the stairs, I saw smoke. Just a slight fog of smoke in front of Gages doorway. I was confused and I stopped the guys. I heard footsteps to my right and talking downstairs. I turned and saw a bunch of cops and Mully. I look into the room to my left and Narrator and Josh wave the cops up quietly. I walked into the room and it was Y/N's. While I looked in there I heard a yell and turned around. Narrator was behind me and turned as I did. Mully, Josh and all the cops were in Gaege's room. I ran in to see Gaege and Y/N collapsed on the bed; bleeding profusely. Seeing them.. bleeding.. it scared me. I started breathing heavily as some paramedics were getting them on gurneys and putting masks on them. One of the paramedics saw me and walked over with a mask and said, "They are going to be ok, ok? Take this mask and breathe. In and out slowly.. alright?" She said pressing the mask to my mouth. I watched all the cops and the boys move out of the way for the gurneys that Y/N and Gaege were on. Gaege's eyes opened while on the gurney and he looked at me in the eyes. I smiled and then remembered Y/N's room. "Guys." I say to the cops. A few looked at me and I pointed to Y/N's room. They nodded and walked out of Gaege's room and slowly into Y/N's room with their guns drawn. They looked around and then they got to the closet. They opened it and one got shoved backwards into the door of the room. More cops rushed in as the other got shot and fell back. I was scared because I didn't know how he was able to shoot the cop. The other guys were looking at the doorway with wide eyes. I saw the cops struggling and I wanted to help, but I didn't. Eventually they detained the guy. The cop that got shot was being checked out. But the guy in the closet looked to be in his early 30s, had brownish black hair, green eyes and pale skin. He looked freaky. As they dragged him away he was wiggling in their grasp half yelling to let him go. The cops kept their grip on his arms. One of the policeman looked at me, and then to the other guys. "Hey, if you wanna ride in the ambulances with your friends, you can." We all nodded and smiled. I walked down the steps with Mully, Josh and Narrator following. There were 6 or 7 cop cars flashing their lights and 2 ambulances. Y/N was being put into the first one as Gaege was already in the other one. Mully and Josh were walking to Y/N's as Narrator and I walked to Gaege's. We jumped in and sat next to Gaege waiting for them to pull off. I was sitting there looking at Narrator when Gaege grabbed my arm. He took the mask off and whispered, "Y..Y/N.. is she alright..?" I nodded. "Yeah, she's fine. She's in the next ambulance." Gaege nodded and closed his eyes while putting the mask back on. My breathing was alright so I took mine off and put it next to me. After a couple minutes, a paramedic was in front of the ambulance doors, smiled slammed the doors. Narrator looked at me. "You think they'll be fine?" He asked. I looked at him and at Gaege. "Yeah. The should be." Gaege's were closed and he was breathing slowly. After another minute two paramedics got in the front, one came in the back to check on Gaege. "So. Are you guys close to him?" He asked. I looked at him. "Yeah, I'd say so. We've been friends for a couple years." I said to the guy. He nodded and smiled. "They're gonna be fine. Your other friend, what's her name?" He asked. "Y/N is her name." Narrator told him. "Well, Y/N got the worst of it. The C.S.I's are going to check the scene to see why, because from what I know, Gaege here was in the line of fire." I thought about that and nodded. "Alright." Narrator and I just glanced at each other and I stared at the flooring of the ambulance as it started and pulled out of the driveway.

*Time skip to the hospital*
(Eddie's POV still)

For the past couple hours, we've all been switching to either rooms. Mully and I were with Y/N for a while and then Josh and Narrator came in and Mully and I went to Gaege's. Mully and I were talking to eachother when we heard a small groan. I looked to my left to see Gaege slowly waking up. The beeping of his heart monitor Gaege opened his eyes and kinda jumped. "Hey, calm down. You're in the hospital." I say grabbing his hand. Gaege calmed down, so I let go. "Is Y/N alright?" He asked. "Yep. She's fine." Mully said with a smile. Gaege took a deep breath and smiled. "Good... Good.." After a minute of silence, there was a knock at the door. After a second, it opened.

Heeeloeoleo! Sorry it took so long to post this chapter. I haven't really had the energy to post recently. I'm also this one's a bit short. I wanna figure out what I'm gonna be doing with this story. I'm just writing and writing, and idek if I like how it's going! 😂 Kidding. I kinda do. And I hope you do too. I also hope you liked this chapter. I didn't say that at the beginning. So yeah.
