SUMMARY: Solana Mika Brown, 26 years old and new to the world of the BAU, has recently been transferred from the sex trafficking unit of the FBI. With high hopes for her new career, and confidence in her ability to solve cases, she's ready to take on the new opportunity with little hesitation.
Solana has spent her whole life trying to prove herself. Raised by her Aunty and Uncle, her life goal has been to make them proud, and show the world what someone "like her" could be capable of— and the BAU is the perfect place to do just that.
And while Solana is confident in her intellectual and athletic abilities, her love life is something she struggles with. Never making it past the talking-stage is something she gotten used to, and she's prepared to spend the rest of her life single and buried in her job.
That is, until she lays her eyes on Spencer Reid. Not her usual type, but an invisible force draws her to him. In the attempt to remain professional and not jeopardize her new job, she keeps her true feelings suppressed.
