I scurried towards my window and there I spot Yuzuru standing in front of our house, hands inside his pocket. He kept on looking at his watch impatiently. I hid my face using the curtains when I saw him glance at the window.
I swear to God this boy has a very low reading comprehension. I cleary told him not to come here because I'm sick! And how the hell did he know I'm lying? Anyways, the meet today cannot happen today.
Grabbing a brush, I quickly messed up my hair. I picked up my red eye makeup and lightly dabbed it into my eye to create a swollen effect. Before going out, I practiced my 'very sick' act. Now, I'm convinced that I can become an actress.
"Gosh, you scared me!" I jumped out when my Mom's face greeted me right after I opened the door. I gulped as I look into her face. She has this 'explain this to me right now or die' face.
I apologized to her and said I'll tell her about everything later. Of course everything except that he's my fake boyfriend. She would kill me then go after Yuzuru after doing so. Apollo was right in front of the door, staring at Yuzuru with his arms crossed. When he sensed my presence, he looked at me teasingly before dramatically gesturing me towards the door.
"Should I let him in?" He asked, wriggling his eyebrows up and down.
"Stay out of my business," I glared at him before taking a few deep breaths.
I put on a sickly expression and went out of the house. Yuzuru looked up from his phone with a amused face. Slowly walking up to him, I looked into his eyes. God, I can't deny how dazzling this man's face is. The rays of sunlight hitting his soft, porcelain-like skin and I could clearly see how beautiful his eyes are. Life is so unfair.
"I'm sorry we can't--"
I was taken back when his warm hand touched my right cheek and caressed it softly. Because of shock, I didn't have any reaction and instead just stood there like a deer caught in the headlights.
"I-I'm sick today. I can't leave the house," I said, pushing away his hands.
He let out a small chuckle before closing the distance between us. He's so close that I could smell his scent. His fragrance is actually very calming and soft for the nose. The cologne must be expensive then. I'm still sniffing his scent when I felt his hot breath on my ear.
"You know it's bad to lie right?" Yuzuru said, tucking the strands of hair behind my ears.
"I'm telling the truth!" I shouted at him.
"Your brother told me otherwise. Last night, according to the witness, was seen dancing aggressively to some pop music while taking your snacks into your bedroom. I would honestly pay to see that dance of yours," He laughed mockingly and showed me his phone with a video of me dancing around the house.
Before I could snatch his phone, he created a distance between us and waved back to someone. I looked behind and I saw Apollo grinning at Yuzuru. His facial expression were malicious.
That witness is my brother? Since when did Yuzuru and Apollo knew each other? Did Yuzuru bribe him or something? In any case, it made me rage in anger and embarrassment. Now, my fake boyfriend will use this against me!
"You conspired with this stranger?" I yelled at my brother who shrugged at me. I was about to attack him when Yuzuru stopped me.
"You are not allowed to hurt my witness, young lady,"
