"You sure" he said and I nodded and I sat down in my bed and started eating what he had made
Surprisingly it tasted way better than what it looked like

I put on a show and started watching it when Rio walked in
"Your aunts here" he said and I basically ran downstairs and she hugged me

"Your mum freaked the fuck out how did you get shot" she said and looked at Rio

"Domestic violence, suicide. My mum was hit by him, day in and day out. I was 9. My brother who actually cared for me, was 13. He commuted suicide because all he did was beat the shit out of her until she couldn't breathe. She stayed because she loved him and then would do the same to me. I couldn't tell anyone and you know what that does to a person. I still get nightmares. I wake up drenched in sweat and I cry" I said
"I thought your brother died in a car crash" she said
"No, on the way home from school he went to the train station and just fell in front of a moving train" I said
"That's why I wanted to move across the country, that's why I left England" I said

"Many fucking times" I said and she pulled over

"I won't" I said and she drove us home and my mum and dad hugged me
"You are never meeting Rio Montana again, now get your ass upstairs, take a shower and get some bed rest" she said and I nodded and just sat back in my bed

That was two years ago, surely he's not been caught since there's nothing

I looked at my phone that for some reason sat on the side of my bed and called Rio
