Mattia: yes Eliza

Eliza: can I visit grandpa

Mattia: no little one you have school tomorrow

Eliza: I'm not little and dad-

Eliza went outside her window to her secret spot and called her bestfriend of 9 years

Eliza: guess what he said payt

Payton: probably said no but atleast we can see each other at school

Eliza: I can't hug my bestfriend 1 because he's a boy and 2 I get bullied enough at school

Payton: hey it's gonna be okay and don't listen to Gabe or you can tell your dad he's bulli-

Eliza: hell nah do you think I want my dad and uncles to go to jail for committing a crime

Payton: your right bye wifey

Eliza: shut up we made that up when we were 4 😂bye bestfriend

Eliza ended the call.

Eliza is now 13 she gets bullied by Gabe, but nobody knows that he punches her sometimes and it leaves bruises.

Mattia: ELIZA COME DOWN FOR DINNER

Eliza: NOT HUNGRY

Mattia: WASNT ASKING

Eliza sighed and walked downstairs to see her family at the table

Eliza: yes dad

Mattia: come eat now

Eliza: okay

She sat next to her uncle and picked up the fork

Alejandro: a nice family dinner

Kairi: how was school Liza

Eliza: good uncle Kairi

Roshuan: have any boy-

Mattia, Kairi, Alejandro, and Alvaro death stared him

Mattia: everyone being nice to you

Eliza nodded her head.

Eliza I'm probably gonna go now because this is weird

Mattia: no finish your food you barley eat

Eliza finished her food and went upstairs. She took a shower and put her hand over her bruises looking at them carefully.

Eliza: I hate this

She changed into one of her dads big shirt that dropped below her knees. Eliza jumped into her bed.

MATTIA POV

It was 11:00pm and I was checking on Eliza like I do every night I opened her door to see her dead asleep. I smiled when I saw her wearing my shirt even though it was way bigger than her. He kissed her forehead.

Mattia: night little one I love you more than anything in this world.

He walked out of her room and slowly closed the door. He didn't know that Eliza was half awake. She smiled and whispered

Eliza: love you too dad
