Newlyweds

{Erza's point of view}

    I woke up very early in the morning. I heard that Lucy and Natsu had gotten engaged last night. I'm proud of them. Jellal rose up from the bed too.

     "Erza, you're up early again?" He asked rubbing his eye.

     "Ah, sorry." I replied to my husband. Jellal and I had recently gotten married and moved in together.

     He wrapped his arms around me, "Erza, you're cold, why don't you cover up with a blanket?" He asked. He wrapped a blanket around me and kissed my neck. I let out a small laugh. "Do you have another job to take, Erza?" He asked.

     "I'm sorry Jellal. I have to get some more money. I'll come back safely, I promise." I smiled.

     Jellal smiled too, "Don't break it. I know you'll come back safely." He replied to me.

     "Go back to sleep." I said as I kissed Jellal on his forehead and got up from bed. I requipped into my armor and ate my breakfast, strawberry cake.

     I headed over to the Guild after finishing my breakfast.

     "Erza! Wendy, Carla and Happy went on a quest yesterday and haven't come back yet!" Master Makorav said.

     "Want me to find them?" I asked. Usually I would just let this go because Wendy is tough, she can take care of herself.

     "Yes! Natsu would kill me if he found out anything happened to Happy!"

     "Natsu would kill you? Oh come on, you're being way to overdramatic." I laughed.

     Master laughed too, "You're right."

     "I just need to know where to go to find Wendy."

     After Master told me everything, I headed that way to see if anything bad has happened. When I reached the train station, I saw Wendy and the cats.

     "Oh, Miss Erza!" Wendy smiled.

     I ran over to Wendy, "I take it job went well?" I asked.

     "Yes! It's just the trains were running slow and I had to wait." Wendy explained.

     "The Master wanted me to check on you and make sure you were fine." I smiled.

     "Oh, in that case, you should have some money that I earned." Wendy smiled.

     "How generous of you, Wendy, but I'll just take a job on the request board again." I explained.

     "Miss Erza...m-maybe you should just take my offer. You haven't had one day off since your honeymoon. I'm sure Mr. Jellal wants to spend time with you." Wendy explained.

     I thought back to Jellal. Maybe Wendy is right. I wonder how Jellal is feeling. He never tells me anymore. This is all my fault, I've been working to hard to have money I already have. It's just...I go through so many cakes every week... "Thank you Wendy, but you keep the money. You earned that money, I don't need it."

     After I walked Wendy back to the Guild, I decided to go back home and spend time with Jellal.

     "Jellal! I'm home!" I shouted. Wait! He could still be sleeping. I walked in the kitchen to find Jellal eating one of my cakes. "Jellal..."

     "T-There was a note from you on this piece telling me you saved it for me..." Jellal said.

     "Its not about the cake. I know I saved a piece for you." I said as I looked down to my feet.

     Jellal set the piece down. "What's wrong?" He asked. He walked towards me, getting ready to pull me into a hug.

     "Its just...I've been really bad to you. I'm always busy and we never get to spend time together." I said as I start crying and go in Jellal's arms. "And yet, you always welcome me home into your arms."

     "Erza, I'll always welcome you home into my arms. I love you Erza. No matter how long you're gone, I'll always welcome you back into my arms." He said as he kissed my forehead.

     "I'm sorry Jellal. I never ask you questions to see if you're alright anymore. I'm surprised you could love such a weak person such as myself." I said as I started crying.

     "Weak? No you're far from weak Erza. In fact, you stronger than me by far. In this relationship, I'm the one who always needs saved and you're always there just in time to save me." Jellal smiled.

     "Are you trying to make me feel better?" I asked with a smile and tears still rolling down my cheeks.

     Jellal and I looked at each other in the eyes. And he leaned down to kiss me. I kissed him back.

    "I love you more than anything, Erza." Jellal said.

    "I love you too, Jellal." I smiled.
