Chapter 20

Ethan's pov

At first when we checked into the hospital they didn't want me to be there with Katie when she gave birth but she was screaming in the room wanting me in and she was in labor for a few hours but after one came out the other one came out right after. Right now i'm sitting on the right side of her bed watching tv and the doctors went to go treat the kids were okay because they were born early and Katie fell asleep right after she had them both. In her sleep she keeps saying Christofer's name.  Eventually the show I was watching ended along with Katie's nap.

"how long have I been asleep?"She asked

"Well it depends how long ago did you give birth?"I questioned her

"Oh gosh how are the twins?"She worried 

"The Doctor is checking them but he hasn't said anything about them just yet"

"how long has he been with them?"

"For about an hour but don't worry if there is anything bad he would of told us by now"

"What about Christofer did he come?"

"No i'm sorry"I told her as I watched her hopes fall

"Does he know?"

"I had my mom tell his mom so i'm pretty sure she will tell him"I explained as we heard footsteps in the Hall and Christofers mother came in

"How is my grandchild?" She asked coming into the room looking around for them

"We don't know i'm sorry"i said

"Well I told christofer and we'll see if he comes cause he has to preform right now" and just as she said that the brightness in Kattie's eyes grew

"Katie?" said a doctor coming in

"Yea i'm Katie how are my kids"

"Well you had a baby boy and girl surprisingly they are healthy considering you had a month or maybe even two left so they are lucky" He told me as the nurses brought them in and handed the boy to Katie and the girl to me.

"they look just like Christofer" Said his mom and Katie started crying 

"What are you going to name them" Asked the Doctor

"I kind of like a Audrey for the girl and for the boy Aiden " Said Katie

"what about christofer?" Said Christofers mom

"No" said Katie firmly

"My son should also have a say" She added

"I'm sorry but he hasn't been here he left when I was starting off he never called after the second week today I went to go see him and he wasn't there so how would he have a say he isn't even here-"Said Katie raising her voice

"My son is working" Christofers mom yelled

"Working for what a house that we already lost a car that I have no clue to where it is for these Kids who he hasn't even called to check on"Katie said 

"You need to leave i'm sorry"I told her"This can be bad for Katie and the kids"

"fine"she said walking out "I prefer for him to be with Taylor then with you any day" She said in the hallway and then it got quiet

"so what do you wanna name the boy?"I asked changing the subject to get her mind off of what was just said and happened

"Drake Christofer"She said as he started crying

"What do I do when they cry"she said worried

"Here let me see him I said exchanging Hayley for Drake" and he immediately stopped crying

"I think he likes you more" Katie said with a little laugh

"Hello"I told him in a soft voice as he yawned "Welcome to this world it can be a horrible place" I started off and Katie punched me playfully

"don't worry he's a baby he wont remember this and if he does it's even better to find out early" I said ending with a smile

Christofer's pov

 "I'm a father"I went around shouting  where the tour buses were and stopped when I say Taylor and Jack who were arguing again

"Jack who told you?!"said Taylor who was in tears and when they heard me they turned to me  "christofer go to the bus you shouldn't be here"she said

"That's really mature of you Christofer. You are going to be a Father and you think you can still go around sleeping with other guys girlfriends." Jack said

"Jack she told me you guys were over"I said

"Did it occur to you that you were going to be a father."He said and I got quiet and turned around towards the bus and I let out a sigh and turned back to Jack

" Taylor makes her own decisions and maybe if you didn't go around paying attention to other girls in front of your own girlfriend out of all people, she wouldn't feel that cheating on you was necessary" I said and walked off and went  into the tour bus and slammed the door behind me. I sat on the couch. Soon I heard the door open again and it was Taylor.

"Christofer i'm sorry"she said sitting next to me

"Taylor do me a favor and don't talk to me"I told her getting up and walking towards the bunk bed part of the tour bus

"no christofer listen to me"She said grabbing my arm

"let me go" i yelled at her pulling my arm and my hand hit her causing her to fall back  and she started crying"Taylor i'm sorry"I said kneeling next to her

"I just wanted to apologize christofer"She said

"Taylor I didn't mean for any of this to happen"I apologized

"I don't care I just want  you to forgive me what I did wasn't right I will do anything for you to forgive me"I said

"well I Wanna go see my Kids they were just born" I said 

"anything but that"She said 

"But their only a few minutes away"

"Yea but we have to start driving to the next town" she said

"but their my kids"

"Christofer we don't have time why do you think we didn't set up a proper merch table and the sets were cut short we have to be in the next town which is two states away"she said

"fine go without me I highly doubt anyone in the next town wants to see me i'll find a way to catch up in a few days" I said getting up and making my way to the door

"You leave you get dropped from the tour and label i'm sorry but this is how it works"Said Taylor from behind me and my phone started ringing

"can you excuse me it's my mom"I said closing the door

"what is it mom"I said tired of everything that has happened

"Katie didn't give the kids your last name and I don't think she's going to put you down as the Father she's probably going to put that Ethan kid as their dad he was in the delivery room"

"Mom she can't do that"I said fighting back

"that's what I tried telling her but Ethan told me to leave"

"Mom I can't go see them or I miss out on the tour and we need the money. Everything i do is for the kids"

"Chirstofer I can't do anything to help you, you left the house on your own you convinced her to leave hers so you and her could be on your own. They look like you both of them Audrey and Drake.You made all of this happen not me" My mom said before hanging up.

**after this chapter everything is going to forward a few months ahead just until the end of the tour**
