If you saw someone walking through a store wearing a big, poofy ball gown with lots of ruffles and lace, what would you think? What if someone was wearing an outfit like the one in the picture above? Or even just any abnormal outfit? Well, that's me. The person wearing strange and historical clothing in public. That's right, I dress historical or strangely almost all the time! Why? Because it makes me feel confident, I love life more, I LOVE historical clothing, and I'm still modest.
Now what about you? Have you ever been afraid to wear something because you were scared what people think of you? Don't be. In my experience, people are more amazed rather then disgusted. I get complimented all the time, and I am a walking history lesson. Very few people I've met think I'm crazy because of my style. Is there a style that you like, that describes YOU, that you are too scared to wear? If there is a style or even an historical style that you like, don't be scared to wear it. Be the change. 😄
