Being happy is good, yes. But you don't have to happy all the time. Never feel guilty about being sad, because sadness makes us gentle, yet strong. Being sad means being human. Having anxiety means you are human. And that's ok. 😊 I'm sad a lot, I cry a lot, but I try my best to forgive, and after I've had a good cry, I realize it's much easier to become happier again. Tears are just so beautiful, and seriously help so much. Never be afraid to cry. 💗 Always become happy again though, and find something that brings you happiness. 😄
