As time moved on in Storybrooke, so did the fairytales. And as Eleanor slowly made her way into the land of stories she learnt of many things.

For example her most recent conquest of Ruby being a wolf to which Eleanor responded with a  "Cool. Always wanted to meet a wolf."

As she spoke though, she was met with glares of weirdness from those around her. However as David was running around the town with Eleanor trying to solve the mystery of the murder, her mind still wander to Henry and how he was doing.

In the short time, Eleanor had grown fond of Henry and of the Sheriff. They treat her as family and helped her to understand what is happening around her.

For the first time in a while, Eleanor trusted the two boys who slowly became family to her. With the absence of their own family she was able to help, and treat Henry like her own kid.

But as the night fell, and the mob had collected to chase Ruby, Eleanor was sat on the bed beside Henry as he lay.

They were reading through his storybook, trying to figure out where Eleanor fitted in or more so, where her mother's story was hidden.

"Maybe your mother was a Princess and that means your a Princess." Eleanor looked to the kid who just shook his head.

"Believe me dude, I'd know if I was a Princess. I would've been told as a kid because it's easier to believe." Henry smiled and lay his head on Eleanors shoulder as she read through the stories.

To the sound of her soothing voice, Henry fell asleep, as much as he feared. But just as his mind was drifting Eleanor spoke.

"You don't have to be scared Henry. We're always gonna protect you."

She continued to read as the boy fell asleep. Once she could feel his steady breathing that signalled his sleep Eleanor closed over the book and gently moved Henry from her shoulder and down onto the bed.

She pulled the cover over Henry's body and kissed his head before taking the book into the living room and sitting on the sofa.

Eleanor grabbed her Ipod and put in her headphones, softly humming to the music of Starship as she continued to read.

"You've gotta be in here somewhere Mom."

As Eleanor ran her fingers over the page she stopped at one, but just before she could get a closer look into the page, David accompanied by Ruby walked into the loft, causing Eleanor to stand up.
