BACKGROUND: Josephine Roberts-Chikere was born on February 13th, 2031 to Daniel Fai and Dr. Lorelei Clark. After a car crash killed her mother, she was taken by two enhanced individuals to safety before eventually being captured by Benjamin Anderson, who sold enhanced children for a profit. Alex Roberts and his sister Soroya found Josephine at his temporary hideout in Nigeria, Africa. After extensive searching they couldn't find any information on her parents, so instead of leaving her to be put in the foster system, Alex took her back to Wakanda and adopted her with his husband Khari, giving her the name Josephine Anika Roberts-Chikere, after Alex's parents. She has lived with her adopted fathers in Wakanda ever since, and this is where we find her in book five.
