Diem's POV
Why am I embarrassed right now? I mean every girl has their period. Every girl. They have to go to the bathroom and change just like every other girl.
So why in the hell am I embarrassed to open my tampon packaging?
Like it make no sense. Who cares if the whole girls bathroom knows? They can't judge. I realize now that I'm being stupid and that it doesn't matter. I change my stuff and finish using the bathroom. Walking out of the stall, i realized that no one was actually in here. Great, now I'm just a drama queen. I wash my hands and walk out.
It's currently Monday and I have math right now,which means that lunch is next. I really want to go home but I clearly can't due to the fact that it is the middle of the day. I just want to sleep and not deal with everyone today.
Dalen seemed to have forgotten all about me being kissed but Colby still tries to hang out with me. I mean when we do talk he doesn't do anything so I think it was just a stupid little mistake

Standing up, I gather my things before turning in my work. Math is easy to me so I finished all my work within the first 10 minutes it was assigned and even started on the next lesson

I walk out of class and head to my locker to exchange my books. Since it's lunch I decided to just put my whole bag expect for my phone in my locker. I always have time after the bell to grab my things before I go to English. I wonder where the guys are. They're at school today and one of them always picks me up at the start of lunch. Maybe they had a last minute thing to attend to and forgot-
"Hey stranger"I close my locker and find Colby smiling at me
"Hey Colby"
"So, guess what?"
"What"
"I said to guess" Why do people do that
"Um..you won the lottery"
"No,but that would be nice. I got a job!"
"Really, that's great Colby.Where it is"
"I'm a bus-boy at the local cafe"
"Cool"
"Yeah, so do you want to hang out right now"I'm suppose to be with the guys. I'm always with the guys and plus, Dalen would freak if he found out I was with Colby considering he already doesn't like him.
"Um,maybe some other time, I'm hanging out with my boyfriend an his friends"His face dropped a bit before he smiled
"That's okay"Suddenly he pulled me into a hug. It took me a while but I hugged him back. Before I could let go of him, he kissed me on my forehead and then my cheek"I'll see you Diem" He let's go off me and walks down the hall. I watch him as he leaves. Why does he keep kissing me? It makes no sense.
"Diem"My body goes tense at the sound of his voice. I slowly turn around and face him"What was that all about"
"It's not what you think"
"Or really so tell what it was"I take a deep breath before walking towards him so that I'm right in front of him
"Colby is just getting too friendly with me but I don't know why. That was only the second he's kissed me, I promised"
