Rose's pov
I sighed sitting in the back of Dan's car the window was rolled down a little as I stared up at the dark sky Dan stood there staring at me threw the window he was smoking of course.
Dan: Ryan said she's asleep.
Rose: Good.
I said putting my feet threw the window resting them there
Dan: Im sorry Rose.
Rose: For what?
He stared at me not responding
Rose: For what?
I asked again staring at him
Dan: not keeping my promise.
Rose: What promise?
Dan: The promise that I would keep myself safe as long as I kept you safe.
Rose: What are you talking about?
Dan: I made a deal with your mom.
Rose: What kind of deal!
Dan: I agreed to let myself be killed to keep you safe.
Rose: What!
I said sitting up
Dan: Im sorry.
He said lighting another cigaret and two men came from nowhere holding a gun to Dan's head
Dan: I love you.
I grabbed the door but it wouldn't open and the windows slowly rolled up I screamed and then a gun shot fired the windows were all fogged up I couldn't see a thing but a hand print that belong to Dan. I screamed for Dan over and over.
I was alone.
The radio suddenly turned on, and Dan's voice filled my ears he was singing his cover of blue jeans by lana del Rey with no music in the back round then I heard my voice
Rose: I love you and I care about you more then I'll ever care about myself.
Dan: Let me protect you.
I reached out to turn the radio off but it just got louder and louder everything I've ever said to him. everything he's every said to me, every fight every I love you and every scream I laid down in the seat crying and screaming for it to shut up.
Dan: ROSE!
He screamed I covered my ears
Dan: ROSE!
Violets little baby laugh filled my ears and her attempt at saying daddy,
Dan: You are a handful aren't you?
I screamed trying to turn the radio off
Dan: I will love you till the end of time, I would wait a million years. love you more then those bitches before,
Rose: STOP!
I screamed
Dan: ROSE WAKE UP!
Rose:SHUT UP!
I screamed
Dan: ROSE WAKE UP!
All of a sudden I opened my eyes and Dan was in front of me
Dan: You alright?
I stared at him shaking my head hugging him, I was shaking.
