Kaldur sighed before he hid his emotions behind his emotionless mask as he entered his fathers office, he needed to keep up his façade of being the perfectly loyal son to his evil father. The deaths of Anthony and Tula had greatly affected him, he thought about both his deceased friends every day, he just felt guilty about blaming their deaths as the catalyst for his betrayal of the Justice League.

He knew that they had to take down the light and that the only way to do that was from the inside, but he just wished that it hadn't come to this. He'd only agreed with Dick to go through with this plan to get Percy the Justice she deserved because when his princess lost her boyfriend, she'd become a shell of her former self and then disappeared from the face of the planet. This plan, his actions, were to get his Princess the closure she deserved.

He was pulled from his musings as he stopped in front of his fathers desk and he stood at attention with his hands folded behind his back, "you wished to see me father?" He said formally and his father nodded and laced his fingers together as they rested on his desk, "yes. Kaldu'rham, these past five months you have worked hard to prove to me that you have indeed cut all ties with your former hero allies."

Kaldur nodded, "indeed father. I have no more loyalty to those heroes, not after they let Tula and Anthony die." Kaldur hissed out as venomously as he could while internally wincing and bashing his head against an invisible wall, and his father nodded.

"I understand that my son, however some associates of mine require one final attack against your former friends to prove to them that you no longer are associated with those heroes."

Kaldur raised an eyebrow as his father reached down and pulled out a folder from his desk and he placed it in front of Kaldur, "please. Read the file," his father said and Kaldur picked up the file and opened it up.

His eyes practically popped out of his skull when he saw the photograph inside of the folder, a photo of Princess Percilla during a team mission within the past two months.

"As your final act to sever any ties to the hero community, my associates wish you to capture the Princess."

Kaldur looked up at his father, "it shall be done father." He told him in his evil voice but on the inside Kaldur was being consumed by guilt and shame and prayed that his princess could forgive him for what he was going to have to do.

Percy was praying to the gods that nothing bad happened to them as they flew through the air, she hated being carried through the air by others now. Simply because it reminded her of Anthony, but she had to put her feelings aside in order to accomplish the mission.

Currently Wonder Girl was carrying her as they flew to their mission objective, Bumblebee was also with them but she could fly on her own.

"Tell me why we could not just take the Super Cycle or the Bioship to Santa Prisca?" Percy asked her two teammates as they soared over the ocean, "well the Super Cycle is being used by Beta squad, and Alpha took the Bioship." Cassy told her and Percy sighed, "but why was I assigned this mission if I am the only one who is unable to fly?" She asked and Bumblebee looked at her, "well we were the only one's available for this last minute mission. Everyone else was already deployed or unavailable, and since Zatanna and Rocket just joined the League we're a bit short on heroes."

Percy sighed, "but why must I be carried like this? We are flying above the ocean, I could just swim there."

Her friends looked at her sympathetically, "we'd let you Princess, but the water is swarming with mines and Manta's men." Bumblebee told her and Percy groaned, "why must villains always make things more difficult for us?" She muttered and Cassy chuckled, "no idea. Anyways, how's your new stealth suit?"
