(SILAS'S POV)

I was so nervous on the drive to where I was taking J.J. I told her we were going to see a friend and thankfully, she was none the wiser. We pulled up in front of the small, two story, white house with dark blue shutters and a large wrap around porch. J.J smiled and complimented on how beautiful it was. I walked her up to the door and turned to face her.

"Where's that key I gave you?" I whispered at her and she looked confused, but pulled it out of her pocket.

I stuck the key into the lock and turned it, then swung the door open and gestured for her to go in. She looked at me like I was insane, but took a step through the doorway. She instantly noticed the large banner in the doorway that said "WELCOME HOME BABY GIRL... WILL YOU MARRY ME?" She gasped and turned to where I was behind her, kneeling down with a ring in my hand.

"You asked me what I thought your name should be. I think it should be Mrs. Jasmine Potter. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. Please say yes." Her eyes were huge and she first responded by throwing up on the hardwood floor. I tried to hold back my laughter as she had a look of horror on her face. "That doesn't seem very promising baby girl." I chuckled.

"I'm sorry, my stomach doesn't feel very well." She said faintly. I walked her into the living room and sat her on the fluffy L-shaped sofa and went to get her a glass of water.

"So, what will it be?" I prompted.

"Of course I'll marry you!" She gushed. I slipped the ring from my grandmother onto her left ring finger.

"As soon as your stomach settles I will show you around your new house." I took her hand and pressed it to my lips. "While you're resting, I will clean up the mess in the front hall." When I left the room, she was admiring her ring.

I hated vomit but I would do anything for Jasmine. I hunted down some paper toweling, a mop, and a bucket and went about cleaning the floor. Once I was finished, I put all the cleaning supplies away and went back into the living room, but I found my gorgeous fiancee asleep on the couch.

"Baby, we have to get back to Maddy soon, are you feeling alright?"

"Silas, I think I'm pregnant." She forced a smile onto her lips and I sank down next to her. I felt the corners of my mouth as they practically met my eyes, and tears came down my cheeks.

"That's the greatest news I've heard all day, right up there with you accepting my proposal." I was overjoyed.

"I don't want you to get your hopes up babe. I don't know for sure but Dr. Luis wants to give me a test tomorrow and P.J said that my scent changed because I'm pregnant." She explained calmly.

"P.J said you're pregnant?" I smiled at her. "Then, you're definitely pregnant." She gave me a blank look.

"How would P.J know?"

"P.J has what our family calls "the gift". Ever since he was four years old, he's been able to sense when someone was pregnant. He's never been wrong." In one day, I gained a fiancee and found out that we had a baby on the way. My life was pretty damn perfect. "You know, P.J can tell the gender of the baby too, so if you decide you want to know, just ask him." I smiled wide and kissed her.

(Jasmine's POV)

Silas showed me around the beautiful, Victorian style home that now belonged to us. It had four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and I loved the the spacious kitchen. It also had a finished basement that Silas wanted to make into the family play area where all the toys for the kids, a large TV area for playing video games, and a billiards table would go. On the way out, he showed me the large two car garage. Inside was a brand new Dodge Durango.

"What is that?" I was a little afraid to ask, but I did anyway.

"Your new car." He grinned. "Since you wouldn't accept the Mustang, I got you this. You need a reliable vehicle, especially now that we're going to have two kids riding in it. I sold the Mustang and got you this, and I don't want you to argue with me about it." I pulled him close and kissed him passionately.

"I won't argue, but you have to promise that you won't get me anymore gifts for the entire year." I smirked. We got into the truck and took off for Carla's house.

"This ring is beautiful Silas. Where did you get it?"

"It was Grandma Beverly's. Remember last week when I was searching for my grandfather's pocket knife?" He asked.

"There was never a knife there? You were going to get the ring? That explains why she gave me the wedding dress when she did." I finished his explanation for him.

"That ring belonged to Grandma Beverly's mom. She always told us when we were young that P.J would inherit Grandpa's dog tags from World War II, I would get the ring to give to my mate, and Sienna will get Grandma's house." We pulled up to the house and I stumbled out of the truck. Silas noticed how unsteady I was and wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Why don't you go up to bed and I'll spend time with Maddy. I want you well rested for tomorrow." He said as he kissed my forehead.

"Hmm, what's tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow, my love, I'm moving you and Maddy into our new house."

"Well doc, what's the verdict?" Silas asked as he paced the family room floor. Dr. Luis looked at Silas with a bright grin on her face.

"Well Silas, it looks to me like you're a nervous man." He smirked at her and rolled his eyes.

"Please just tell me already." He begged, and I giggled at him.

"The test is positive. I'm guessing that you're just over a month along but, after the holidays, I want you to make an appointment with me for an ultrasound." She grinned at us again and said her goodbyes. "Sorry guys, I'd love to stick around and answer any questions you have, but I have to go to the in-laws." She groaned and excused herself from the house.

"Okay honey, now that you received confirmation on what you already knew, should we start packing?" I winked and ran up the stairs two at a time.

After an hour and a half, I had all of my stuff and Maddy's packed up. I picked up a large box and started for the stairs with it when Emmett pulled it out of my arms.

"Sorry J, you're not allowed to move any of these boxes, I'll do it for you."

"You've got to be kidding me! I'm not an invalid Emmett!" I shouted at him.

"Silas had to run to the apartment and told me that it was my job to carry everything downstairs. P.J was with him and ordered that I not let you lift a single thing. I have to follow Alpha's orders." I sighed in frustration and walked down the stairs. When Silas and P.J returned from the apartment, I met them at the door.

"Not so fast boys, we have some business to discuss." I tried hard to stay even tempered.

"No, Jasmine, we don't. As your Alpha, I order you to sit down, shut up, and let us load up the truck." The asshole knew that I couldn't get around his orders.

"I feel sorry for your mate if you're going to order her around the way you do the rest of us." I muttered under my breath on my way into the family room.

"I heard that!" He barked.

"I know, you were meant to." I smiled brightly at him and walked away.

Silas, Emmett, and P.J loaded the rest of the boxes into the truck and took them to the new house. By the end of the day, I was unpacking the house that I would share with my mate for the rest of my life. It was the house that I was going to raise my babies in, and grow old in. It was the very place that I would make memories with the love of my life. It wasn't just a house, it was home.
