Chapter 12

It's a Friday morning

Gulf: (gets in class and sits down. Has eye bags under his eyes)

Mild: "what are you wearing?"

Gulf: (looks around to see if anyone is watching him) "clothes"

Mild: "baggy jeans and a Baggy shirt?"

Gulf: "can you please not look at me like that I feel really uncomfortable"

Mild: "you like attention, you live off it"

Gulf: "I feel weird please don't"

Mild: "did you sleep last at all last night"

Gulf: "tried to"

Mild: "I saw what happened yesterday you ok?"

Gulf: "I'm ok. Why wouldn't I be?"

Mild: (looks at Gulfs pale face) "that's great. You sure you're ok?"

Gulf: "yes I am ... I am ok. Thank you for asking."

Mild: "let me know if you need anything. BFFs right?"

Gulf: "yeah thanks man"

After school

Mew: (waiting for Gulf sees him going the other way runs after him) "You didn't see me over there?"

Gulf: "oh no hi"

Mew: "yeah hi haven't seen you all day?"

Gulf: (small smile on his face) "we were in the same class dummy"

Mew: "yeah you never looked for me today"

Gulf: "Mild wanted to do something"

Mew: "that's great, you are going home now?"

Gulf: "yeah will probably go shopping first and then head home"

Mew: "want me to come with?"

Gulf: "yeah about that. Mild wanted us to go together so I agreed. we'll just go. he's probably waiting for me. Let me run. I'll see you tomorrow?"

Mew: "sure tomorrow then." (Walks back in school to look for Champ. Goes to class and sees Champ) hey man wanna hang?"

Champ: "I don't know man I have some things going on"

Mew: "ooh ok that's cool some other time then." (As he is walking away)

Champ: "about yesterday" (Mew turns and looks at him) "That was not cool"

Mew: (confused) "what?"

Champ: "exploding in front of the school..."

Mew: "I know I apologized"
