Chapter 37: The First Night Home
•Ella's P.O.V:
I wake up to the sound of Delvena crying, and I jump up. And I walk/run to her crib.
I pick her up, "Shhh. What's wrong babygirl?" I ask her as I sit down on the bed.
I put the tip of my pinky in her mouth, and she sucks on it. "Okay," I say smiling. I unbuckle my nursing tanktop, and I feed her.
Once she stops sucking and looks like she fell back to sleep, I re buckle my top, and I grab a burp cloth putting it on my left shoulder, I put Delvena on my shoulder, and I lightly pat her back. Once I hear her burp, I take the cloth off of my shoulder, and I hold her in my arms, slowly rocking her.
Once she's back asleep, I set her down in her crib, and I myself lay back in my bed. And I fall asleep.
And the rest of the night has me getting up 5 more times.
