An Overly Romanticized Mother's Day Poem

Upon a snowy mountain in montreal

was where I started my life.

A long difficult journey,

A journey filled with strife.

A world so dark and cold,

A world for the bold.

Nowhere for a timid child like me,

shivering in the cold.

But... you were there.

I was put under your care.

you caressed my head and stroked my hair,

whispering gently, don't worry darling, for I am here.

You taught me how to live,

You made me feel alive.

You taught me how this world works,

You taught me how to survive.

You taught me, fed me and gave me warmth,

every since the day that I was born.

My love for you, I cannot describe in words,

For words are as numerous as birds.

A thousand words, tens thousand, no- more!

No words can desire that sweet smile of yours.

No, mere words cannot describe,

How much I love you.
