Agad akong binalot ng takot. Why is he here? What does he want? Is he pulling me out of the Academy? Is this it?

I can feel my knees shaking while waking down the hallway. Nagpaalam na muna ako kay Mac at hindi na nagpahatid pa dahil ayaw kong makita niya kung gaano ako kinakabahan ngayon.

Pumasok na ako sa opisina nang Headmistress at nang makita ang Daddy ay parang malalagutan ako ng hininga. He can hurt anyone... Even me. His own daughter. That thought scares me the most.

"Is it true, Lia? You've asked your Dad for a financial help in upgrading one of our halls? That's so sweet of you." the Headmistress said and my mouth was left open.

What is she saying? Ano na namang kasinungalingan ito? Ano na naman ang gusto ng Daddy?

"U-umm... I-I think it will be nice to do so, Ma'am." sabi ko na lang.

I can't believe I'm lying for him. Again...

Marami pa kaming pinag-usapan at panay lamang ang tango ko. I don't really know what my Dad is scheming right now. Ang kaba sa dibdib ko ay hindi na nawala pa.

"Maiwan ko muna kayong mag-ama." Mrs. Montecillo said and got out.

Napalunok ako at hindi makalingon sa sariling ama. I'm so afraid of him and the things he can do...

"How are you my princess?" Dad asked like everything is okay between the two of us.

My eyes started to water. "I still can't believe you can hurt your own daughter. I should've known... Wala ka nga pa lang konsensya."

"I did what I did to protect you." anito. "If you were not hurt that day, the police will probably question you like your other friends..."

"Why are you even here?" I asked. Hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit siya nandito. Kung ano ba ang gusto niya.

"Today will be a huge mess for the upper class... Use this just in case." ani Daddy at inabutan ako ng isang susi. "That's a key to the school's hidden gate. Tumakas ka agad pag sinabi ko. I lured the Headmistress to get one."

How can he even get a key for the hidden gate? At bakit ako tatakas?

Napahinto ang Daddy nang biglang tumunog ang phone niya at pagkatapos niyang tignan iyon ay sumilay ang ngiti sa labi niya. I know that smile of him. A smile of success.

"Anak, it's done." Daddy said.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit ako mas kinabahan.

Agad na kumunot ang aking noo. "W-what's done?"

"My men got the two highest ranking Flamma." Daddy said and I suddenly felt really weak. "One boy and one girl."

Mas lalo akong nanghina roon. Two of the highest ranking Flamma. Kairon is number 1. Beau and Paige are number 2. Kairon is  the boy... It means that Paige is the girl! Oh my God!

"W-what did you say?" tanong ko pa. "H-how? That's impossible!"

Garnet Academy is heavily guarded. How can he kidnap two Flammas? It doesn't make any sense!

"Nothing is impossible with Emerico Chen and his money." buo ang boses ng Daddy. Hindi ko alam kung tao pa ba ang nagsasalita o demonyo na.

"Tumigil ka na, Dad! Itigil mo na ang kahibangan mong 'to!" pagmamakaawa ko. "Do you actually think you can get away with this?"
