"All right, JJ. Pin it here" John B ordered.
"Roger that! X marks the spot" JJ yelled back.
The group took Heyward's boat instead the HMS Pogue since they were going to open sea. It was finally the day when they would find out if Big John had really found the Merchant.
John B was directing everyone, Pope was in charge of working out the drone, Kie was controlling the tether and JJ was driving the boat. Brizo didn't know how to drive or work the drone, and when she offered Kie her help, the girl said she was fine for now so John B kindly asked her twin to go inside with JJ.
"All right, ladies and gentlemen. To going full Kook" She heard Pope say outside.
"All right, JJ, we're right over it. Ten seconds northwest"
"Got it! Ten seconds northwest"
"I feel like I'm a nuisance" Brizo sighed.
"Why would you think that?" JJ gave her a quick look before focussing again on the boat.
"Cause everyone is doing something and I'm just here watching"
"I mean, I can't blame you. Your view is pretty great" JJ teased. The girl behind him just rolled her eyes.
"One hundred feet" Kiara screamed.
Pope looked at the screen and gasped. John B ran to him with hope on his eyes.
"What? What, what, what, what?"
"It's nothing" John B groaned. "Sorry, I thought-"
"Don't do that to me, man" JJ yelled.
"My bad. I just thought I saw..." Pope shook his head. "Anyway. And to quote The Hobbit, down, down, to Goblin Town. Down, down, you go, my lad"
"He is such a nerd" Brizo whispered making JJ laugh.
"Four hundred feet!"
A thunder rumbled and Brizo walked over to JJ so she could look through the glass.
"The tide's turning" Kiara screamed from outside.
"We gotta get out of here, J" She looked at the blonde next to her.
"Hey, JJ? Ten seconds easy. South-southeast"
"Copy that!"
Brizo stared at the boy. She was fascinated by how hot he looked while driving the boat.
