Chapter 43

Sage's POV
Today is Saturday. I woke up to see it was 11:30.

I then decided to feed Changa then go downstairs with him.

I saw the boys were in the living room, well everyone except Niall. I assume he is in the kitchen.

"Good morning guys," I said to them and sat down with Changa in my arms.

"Good morning," they all said back.

"Sleep well love?" Harry asked me.

"Yes," I responded.

"Yea we know. You slept til 11:30," Liam laughed. I just rolled my eyes.

Soon after that Niall joined us.

"Oh, good morning Sage," he noticed me.

"Good morning," I responded back.

He then tried sitting down next to me but I placed my leg out just to be funny.

"Sage, may I sit down?" He asked me.

I didn't move.

"Sage, can you kindly move your leg?" He asked me.

I kept my position. He smirked, then picked me up and threw me towards Louis who thankfully caught me.

"Wow, thanks," I sassed.

"You are welcome," he only joked back making the others laugh.

"What are we going to do today?" I now asked.

"Nothing really," Zayn answered.

We then watched a movie, but stopped in the middle of it when Liam asked, "guys what is that?" and pointed to an animal.

"It's a mouse!" Louis dropped me and screamed.

"Owwww," I screamed out in pain.

"I am so sorry Sage," he apologized and helped me up.

"Someone get the mouse!" Harry now freaked out.

Changa then jumped to get it but I stopped him and picked him up.

"No Changa, we do not eat mice," I scowled at my cat.

"Sage, let your cat get it," Niall now said.

"No, the mouse does not deserve to die. What has it ever done to you all?" I cried out.

"It has came into our house. That is what it has done," Liam said.

I then went to the kitchen and took Changa with me.

I then cut a little block of cheese.

Afterwards, I went back to the living room and set the piece of cheese down.

"What are you doing?" Zayn asked me confused.

I didn't answer him.

"Come on out little guy," the mouse peeked its head out as I sat on the ground.

I could feel all the boys watching me.

"Sage, be careful," Harry told me.

"Don't worry," I only smiled.

The mouse then came into my hand.

"Hey there little guy. I am going to release you outside," I said to the mouse in a babyish voice.

When I stood up and started walking the boys backed up a little scared.

I then walked outside, with the boys following, me and I sat the mouse down in the grass.
