Noya's POV

I start walking towards Shoyo's house and for some reason, I can't shake the feeling that something really bad is going to happen. I know it's probably just me, but I still can't help but wonder why I'm feeling like this. The last time I felt like this was when...hmm..oh. It was when I fed Asahi's turtle some goldfish crackers...that did NOT go well.... I didn't know someone besides Suga could look that scary...but between those two, Suga wins. By a longshot too. I shudder thinking about it.

Im almost there at Shoyo's house when I'm greeted by a fallen crow. I can't help but think how ironic this is. The crow looks in pretty bad shape, and it looks young too...No, Noya, you can't take it home. Stop. No way. I walk past it and hear it squak...Keep going...you're almost there..leave the bird alone....

Well, I took a detour. I'm now another hour late to Hinata's house because I couldn't leave the crow alone. Oh well, at least it's okay. I exit the animal clinic, and run as fast as I can towards the Hinata residence. I forgot Shoyo prepared the bath for me....shit. It's probably cold by now. This day keeps getting worse. Well, it's fine now, since I'm where I needed to be an hour ago. I knock the door thinking Hinata is going to answer, so when I'm greeted by what seems to be his little sister, I'm surprised.

She looks a lot like Shoyo, except her eyes are much, much bigger. We stare at each other for what feels like an eternity when she breaks the silence and says, "Onii-chan is in his room." Suddenly I'm being dragged by a six year-old across the house towards his room. Suddenly, I find myself in front of his room. I smile down at her and then she runs. She's adorable. I knock the door and hear a small, "come in." I open the door and close it and immediately collapse behind the door. Hinata looks at me in concern, and I simply tell him, "It's fine. I just found a hurt baby crow, and ran all over town trying to find the clinic, and ran back to here."

Hinata looks at me horrified. "You do realize that from here to the clinic is roughly 8 miles, right?" he says, and I instantly feel what he's talking about.
"Yeah, I kinda realized it. I'm so tired..." I yawn and halfway close my eyes, when Hinata grabs my hand and drags me to the restroom to shower. "There is no way I'm letting you sleep all sweaty." He hands me a spare change of his clothes and a towel and leaves the room. I step into the cold bath. It feels strangely soothing against my sweaty skin

I finished putting my clothes on. It's a simple loose T-shirt, and a pair of shorts. They're actually comfortable. I leave the bathroom to find Shoyo with a couple bags of popcorn, a few bags of M&Ms and the remote in his hand. He grabs all the bags of popcorn and glares at me. "Mine." To this I respond by tackling him, and attacking his weak spots.

"BAHAHAHAHA, NOYA, STOP, HAHAHA, NO, NOYA!" I rip one of the bags of popcorn out of his clutches. I start munching on it while smirking at him. He only glares at me while stuffing M&Ms in his mouth.

"So, are we going to talk about the purple dust cloud, or...?" Shoyo asked what I was about to. "Yeah, that was really weird. Kinda reminded me of last years' cultural festival." I smile as I remember the thought. "Our theme was to make a bakery, and they asked Ryu to go get some flour from the cafeteria. I was coming back from dragging Asahi to come and see what we were doing when I accidently ran into him. We both fell backwards and flour went EVERYWHERE!" I laugh at the thought of Tanaka's face when he was covered in flour. "I bet he was mad." Hinata giggles next to me. "Oh you have no idea. He was even madder because Kiyoko happened to walk by. He didn't talk to me for the rest of the day." I looked at Hinata who was now a laughing mess.

"But that wasn't flour, was it?" he asks. "Flour's not purple, Shoyo." he rolls his eyes and blushes from embarassment. "Well-no, h-he could've....put food coloring?" I look at him and chuckle. "I hope that's what it was." He only tilts his head in confusion. Don't tell me...I'll leave him be. I don't want him telling Daichi that we might've inhaled something weird. "Nevermind. What movie are we gonna watch?" He forgets what he was talking about and his eyes sparkle. "We could start rebinging 'Stranger Things'! I already finished all of it, and the season is coming out soon, so lets rebinge to be ready!" he says with that shine in his eyes, and I realize that I have no choice but to agree. Not that I was gonna say 'No' to Stranger Things anyway.

We watch a few episodes and by the time I look at Shoyo, he's already dozed off. He has his hand holding the  control on his chest, and his M&Ms on his lap. I take them away and eat the rest of the bag. He's gonna be so mad at me when he wakes up...oh well. I put the controller on his nightstand, and turn the TV off. I don't feel like sleeping on the couch, so I grab some pillows and lay down on the other end. I think of what we need to work on. I slowly doze off, but wake up a few hours later. I notice Shoyo fell off the bed. Im too tired to actually know what I'm doing, so I just groggily get up and drag him towards the bed. I think he hit his head on the edge of his nightstand. We'll find out soon enough. For now, I just wanna sleep so I can be ready for camp tomorrow.

I wake up to light escaping through a hole in the curtains that shines directly on my eyes. That's one way to wake up. I notice I feel different? My chest feels heavier. I look down and my heart sinks.
