Jungkook handed the hot tea to Taehyung. "Drink first, hyung." "Thank you, Kookie." Taehyung thanked him before he took a short sip of the hot drink. "Feeling better?" Jungkook looked at him. Taehyung nodded. "A little." Jungkook nodded.

"Do you want to talk?" Jungkook asked him. He shook his head. "I don't know what else to talk, Jungkook." "Hyung..." Jungkook looked at him in pity. Taehyung ruffled his hair messily. "I can't think straight Jungkook. All I can think about is Gyuri." Taehyung then looked at Jungkook. "And I'm sorry that you and Jimin had to take over the pack at the moment." He apologized.

Jungkook shook his head, "It's not a big deal, hyung. Besides, you do need to be with her most of the time. So leave everything to us for the time being. You just need to stay with her." Jungkook told him. Taehyung gave a small smile. "Thanks, Kookie." "No problem, hyung." Jungkook smiled back.

Just then they heard loud footstep running in the house. Jungkook and Taehyung looked up, "Who's that?" "Did something happen?" both of them exchanged glances. Just then one of the pack members ran into the kitchen. "Alpha Taehyung!" he searched for Taehyung. "What?" Taehyung turned to him.

"It's Luna...she's awake!" the man announced.

"What?!" Taehyung stood up in surprise.

"Hongji is with her. She's trying to leave the room and won't let us stop her from going any further." The man told them.

"Show me!" Jungkook walked hurriedly but came to a stop when he noticed that Taehyung didn't move. "Hyung?" he looked at him in puzzle. "Y-You go fi-first." he said. "Okay hyung." Jungkook went after the pack member.

Taehyung sat back on the stool. *She woke up. She finally woke up. Will she forgive me?* he thought.

Jungkook reached the second floor and saw the Hongji guy was with Gyuri. "Luna!!" Jungkook hurriedly went to her.

"J-Jungk-kook..." she weakly threw herself into Jungkook's arms. Jungkook looked at the two men, "Call the pack doctor now!" "We're on it!" at once they ran downstairs.

Jungkook held tightly onto Gyuri. "Luna, where are you going?" Gyuri held onto Jungkook's hand for support. "Tae-hyung...Taehyung op-oppa-" Gyuri called his name. Before Jungkook could answer, he turned around to find Taehyung only standing a distance from them, watching them with a sad look.

"Alpha." Jungkook called.

Gyuri slowly looked up. She smiled weakly. "Op-oppa..." she left Jungkook's arms and limped her way to Taehyung but because she's too weak, she missed her footing. Taehyung quickly went to grab her, "Careful, love." Taehyung wrapped his hands around her. She rested her head on his chest as she panted heavily. "Y-You're okay. I'm gl-glad you're okay."

Taehyung pressed his lips into this lines. "I'm okay, baby but you're not. Let the doctor take a look at you okay." He scooped her in his arms. Gyuri snuggled up close to him, "I miss y-you, my alpha." Upon hearing that, tears welled up in Taehyung's eyes. *how can you still miss me after what I did, love?*

Jungkook went to him and gave a gently squeezed on his shoulder, "Don't be too hard on yourself, Taehyung hyung. The doctor will check her. I'll spread the news. If you need me, I'll be downstairs." With that Jungkook went downstairs.

Taehyung let out a light sob. "Y-you're crying, oppa?" Gyuri asked. "N-No, kitten. I'm okay. Let's get you back to the room. The doctor will be there in seconds."

Taehyung watched as the pack doctor ran a check-up on his mate. The doctor turned to him. "Is everything okay?" Taehyung asked worriedly.

The doctor nodded, "Everything seems normal. But she might need another week or two to let the cut on her chest to heal. It's quite a deep cut. As for her hand, it's better if she did not do anything heavy work probably for another a week or two. You might need to make sure she gets all the nutrition her body needs. Now that she's awake, she needs to have a proper meal. Other than that, she's okay." The pack doctor told Taehyung.

He nodded, "Thank you." "No problem, alpha. Your Luna is a fighter, so don't worry. If anything just call me okay?" the doctor smiled. Taehyung smiled back at him. The doctor then left the room.

Taehyung took a sit at the couch next to the bed, watching Gyuri.

"Why are you s-sitting there op-oppa? C-Come sit here." Gyuri placed her hand on the empty space on the bed.

"I can't, Gyuri." Taehyung answered simply.

A small frown formed on the female's face. "Why not?"

Without he even realized, he was crying his eyes out.

"Taehyung oppa?" Gyuri looked at him worriedly.

"I almost kill you, Gyuri! I almost kill you! I let myself went berserk again!" Taehyung cried.

"N-No, oppa." Gyuri tried to get up which made Taehyung quickly shot up from the couch and hurriedly went to the bed. "No! Don't get up, please love. I don't want you to suffer more." Taehyung gently pushed her to lay back down.

Gyuri smiled, "Well at least I manage t-to get you h-here." Taehyung looked at her as if he's going to cry again, "You tricked me." Gyuri smiled. Her hand reached for his face. Taehyung took her hand and rested his cheek on it.

"I told you, d-didn't I? No matter what happen to y-you, I won't le-leave you. I will always love you, my alpha." Gyuri told him. "I really don't deserve you, my love. I don't deserve someone as forgiving as you." Taehyung cried. "And I don't deserve someone as lo-ving as you, oppa." Gyuri smiled.

Taehyung looked at her, "I promise to take care of you after this, Gyuri. We'll graduate high school together, get married and you can stay with me forever. I would keep you safe always, Gyuri."

Gyuri smiled, "Sounds like a plan to me." Taehyung smiled back at her. He got up and went closer to her. "I'm glad that you make it, princess. I wouldn't able to forgive myself if anything happen to you." he planted a kiss on her head. "Not ev-verything is your fault, Taehyung oppa." Gyuri smiled. Taehyung caressed her head with a gentle smile.
