Liu Huai Kuan let the younger cry, his wails were eating away the peaceful silence and the beautiful Sunday morning turned so grey. Liu Huai Kuan wanted to ask about the scar, never in the million years he imagined he would be hearing such a devastated story. Another thing he wanted to confirm, Did Yibo know of this?

Zhuocheng's hand was clutching into his abdomen, like hiding a precious treasure. Or maybe it was the mark of regret he dared not to forget?

"Cheng, let's go out." Liu Huai Kuan suggested. He himself could use some fresh air. Zhuocheng got off of his chest, wiped his tears and went to the bathroom to freshen up his face after hours of crying. He returned shortly afterwards.

"Where are we going, Liu-ge?" Zhuocheng asked, his eyes were still red and nose was a little pink.

"Would you like to go to a park?" Liu Huai Kuan asked with a smile.

"Tch, what are you a Grandpa?" It was too boring for Zhuocheng's taste.

"What do you suggest then?" Liu Huai Kuan asked, getting his keys.

"Let's hit the arcade!" Zhuocheng said excitedly and dashed out of the apartment, leaving a dumbfounded Kuan.

. . .

"Wow, the arcades in Japan are really something! I thought Ji Li was lying." Zhuocheng dragged the elderly man into the cave of youngsters.

If Liu Huai Kuan had not seen the gay bar for the first time that day, he would be totally choking on seeing the rough youth. Suddenly he felt too old.

"Liu ge, come on!" Zhuocheng excitedly pulled the elder and seeing him smile, Liu Huai Kuan felt glad they came. If it will make him happy, Kuan was ready to let himself grind in the crushing pressure of adolescence.

Liu Huai Kuan grew up in a calm environment, too calm at first. But it turned out the calm before the storm.

"Cheng you're good at this." Liu Huai Kuan praised after loosing for the nth time.

"Hehehe, I have years of experience under me." Zhuocheng boosted. He would never reveal how many times he lost to Xiao Zhan. Winning for first time after so many loses felt good.

"Cheng, slow down."

From one game to the other, Zhuocheng dragged Liu Huai Kuan and defeated him miserably. He was feeling like the king of the world having homed so many victories. The morning turned to noon and soon the evening followed. Zhuocheng looked like he was running on some renewable energy while Liu Huai Kuan had never done this much vigorous exercise. He was totally beat.

"Since you lost all the matches, I suppose I could treat you to an ice cream." Zhuocheng had a smug look on his face. The proud air around him was so high that it was shooting through the sky. Liu Huai Kuan couldn't help but find it cute.

"No Cheng, eating ice cream empty stomach is bad for health." Huai Kuan reprimanded.

"Tch, I forgot I am on a date with a doctor." Zhuocheng rolled his eyes and begun walking down the street. Liu Huai Kuan was so stunned. Did he mishear?

Immediately he carried his feet and walked along the younger in the street. The sun was setting allowing the orange to mix with the blue.

"D-do you mean it?" Huai Kuan carefully asked.

"What?" Zhuocheng had his hands behind his head and was walking casually down the street.

Did I mishear?
