I had a dream
I was with him
Someone who'd protect me
From my destiny
He held me in his arms
Protected me from harm
He was everything to me
Although his face I could not see
I knew it wasn't real
Except for what I feel
I knew I loved him
But it was only just a dream
The day did come
Where my demons I couldn't outrun
So now I pray desperately
For you to change my destiny
