I leaned back in my desk chair as I propped my feet on the desk rocking my self back and forth as I stared out the window. Tomorrow was my parent's last day here and we are taking them out for dinner tonight and I was hoping that this dinner didn't turn out like the last one.

*FlashBack*

I pulled Ethan's chair up to the table as he sat beside me. My father and Ed both sat at the head of the table. On Ed's right were Ethan, me, and Angelina who sat closes to my father. My mother sat across from Angelina with Booboo beside my mother and Sofia across from Ethan beside Ed. My mother had gone all out with the help of Angelina, "This looks amazing guys." Sofia spoke after we prayed and began passing around the food. "Your mother really knows her way around the kitchen," Angelina spoke as she passed me a bowl. I smiled softly before leaning over to Ethan and began fixing his plate before I fixed my own. "Oh trust me hija Angelina definitely knows what she's doing. I would've never thought to make churros for dessert but it was fast, easy, and smart. So you can thank Angelina for saving dessert, "My mom spoke winking at my girlfriend.

"Her cooking really surprises me sometimes because most of the time I have no idea what she's cooking or has cooked and it's amazing. A lot of foreign food that I have never heard of," I spoke causing Sofia to agree. "Yes, literally Angies cooking is amazing mom. Between Y/N and her in always," Sofia spoke causing me to snort as I ate quietly. "Well, I suppose it's good to have a cook in the house. Ed, do you cook?" My father asked looking at the younger man across from him. Ed picked his napkin up from his lap and wiped his mouth. "Yes, sir I can. My mother taught me how to cook at an early age and so the kitchen really feels like home to me," He spoke clearing his throat at the end. I gave him a small smile knowing he was missing her the most.

The rest of the dinner was filled with laughter as jokes and memories were shared all across the table. I heard the ding of the elevator causing me to look at Sofia who shrugged as Angelina placed her hand on my thigh. "Are you expecting someone?" She asked causing me to shake my head. I stood up from my chair making my way out of our dining room only to bump into Kiana. Of ducking course, "No. You need to go," I spoke pushing her back softly so that my family didn't see her. "We never got to finish our conversation from yesterday," Kiana spoke causing me to shrug pushing her gently until we made it back to the foyer.

"There was no conversation Kiana you talked and I listened. My parents are here my girlfriend is here and my son is here and I don't want you around any of them. I don't want you here. So you need to leave now," I spoke causing her to take a step back looking at me slightly hurt. "You have a son?" She asked causing me to sigh. Leaning against across from the elevator. "I have a son," I spoke with a nod. "The kid from yesterday?" She asked causing me to nod slowly. I don't know why I felt guilty. I knew that a few years ago if I had adopted we'd adopt together but at that time we also thought that we'd get married too. I knew her feelings were hurt but it wasn't anything I could do.

"Did you adopt him with Angelina?" She asked after a moment. I shook my head causing her to sigh softly. "I'm adopting him by myself as of right now," I spoke causing her to smile. "So I still have time, "Kiana spoke causing my eyebrows to furrow confused. "What?"

"I still have time to make this right to get you back to start our family," Kiana spoke with a grin making me shake my head. "I have a girlfriend Kiana and I don't plan on leaving her," I spoke as Angelina rounded the corner with her arms crossed. "If I had of walked in at any other time without hearing that conversation I'd think you were cheating on me. You've been gone for a while but now I see why," I bit my lip nervously as Angelina walked towards us. "Babe," I opened my mouth to speak causing her to narrow her eyes at me. I shut my mouth as I watched as her turn towards Kiana.
