After a month of school time came the day of the raid trip as I was in my room with the marauder and the doomslayer preparing my bags
"So you will be leaving on a raid I see"said the marauder
I nodded
"Yeah,apparently the queen of the grimm is planning to attack a city with a power plant in it,honestly I don't care much since there have been bigger things going on"
"I heard about it,apparently there is a person who is menacing you
Is that true?"asked me the marauder
The doomslayer then looked at me asking for an explanation which I did
"Basically someone caught me talking to the white goddess and is now blackmailing me to do their bidding otherwise they will reveal my secret to everyone"i explained in short
He then started rummaging through his pockets before he pulled out his trusted shotgun telling me he could deal with them
"W-w-wait there's no need to do that you know!"I panicked as he looked down and walked away as the marauder followed
"Do not worry emperor I along with the head prostitute will take care of all that needs to be taken care of"he said before they left as I thanked him and I finished packing my things to go
I got out of my room to be greeted by alys as she noticed I was going
"You're going today?did you take your pajamas?what about your toothbrush?"
"Remind me who's the parent here?oh Right!!IT'S ME!!"I shouted
"I'm just worrying you know"she said as I bid her goodbye as I walked up to the portal that would take to the other world and on my way there I noticed that there was only felicia and surprisingly benares there
"Benares?what are you doing here?and where are the others?"I asked them as they both turned to me
"Oh so you are here master,yes we are the only ones here as we were waiting for you"
"Since it took you a bit to arrive renka,called in dibs to stay here and go with you alone but jeremiah,luna and red B took her away as they entrusted you to me"she said
"I don't see anything wrong with it,Let's go then!"I said as we then walked away
After getting out the cave entrance benares took on her dragon form as we both climbed on her back
Let us be off then said benares as she then rose up to the sky
As we were flying at normal speed since there was no need to rush I looked down to see all the scenery we were passing by,I even noticed the school bus as we went right by it
"So what happens in those raids exactly?"asked felicia
"Well I only went once but whenever there is a threat to a city or something major the school will then send students to go deal with it and the ones who did the most work earn large rewards or sums of money"i explained
"Knowing you,I'm sure you won lots of times right?"she asked me as I looked down
"If I won at least one of them then I wouldn't be an emperor as we speak"i said as she realized what she had said as I had told her about my mother
If I had won at least one of those raids mom would have been able to be cured and we would be living peacefully by now
I then felt felicia grab me as she then pulled me towards her forcing my back on her massive chest
"A woman who had lost her children and a child who has lost his mother,it's quite a good fit isn't it?"she asked me
"You tell me,you already got renka back with you"i said
"Maybe but I don't think you get what I'm talking about
But still,don't blame yourself for that,I speak as a mother and I would rather die and have my children live a life they can enjoy rather than taking them to hell with me"she said
"Maybe you're right"i said
"And you know,you're growing up a lot I noticed"she said
"Yeah must be the effects of becoming a demi god"i said
"So we're alike in this field as well"she said as i remembered who her mother was
"Yeah you can say that"i said
"You know I just realized something..."
After flying for a while we finally reached our destination which was a hotel in the mountains
Master,there are about a few hours left before the group catches up,is there anything else you need help with?
"You can stay somewhere or in the hotel if you want I'm getting the feeling I will need you real soon"i said

After everyone arrived and we checked in and fortunately the hotel was rented out by the school so I had a proper room to stay in this time
And so in one room was men,shadow and rimuru,another one was jeremiah,luna and red B and the last one was hannah,renka and felicia
I was sitting on a small bed cursing my luck as I had to share it with rimuru because shadow won a game of rock paper scissor
While rimuru went out to go buy something we could eat and shadow went to check on her sister I just remembered what felicia
You know I just realized something
I don't think I'm doing the same mistake again,i feel like I chose the person this time
I blushed at that comment
