Lloyd couldn't help it. While he liked the lack of bullying, quite frankly he didn't enjoy the surplus of attention any more than the bullying. His found siblings seemed to revel in the appreciation of the city, but he couldn't help but feel a little annoyed. They were ninjas for god sake. They lived in the dark and unknown, now all they were was showboats and zoo animals, put on display for every Ninjago citizen to watch. And watch they did. When they trained, fought, ate, swam, studied, walked, shopped, greeted fans, slept. All. The. Time. Lloyd was fed up with it frankly. Before the final battle, sure, everyone kept a suspicious eye on the son of the warlord, but nothing like this. His moments of privacy were few and far in between - not to mention the fact he could barely go out for patrol without getting recognized and trampled. What was the point of being Ninjago's saviors and hero if they couldn't save anyone without the threat of causing more chaos with one sighting of the ninja?
Now sure, his siblings had it pretty bad. Nya included. But nothing compared to the rampages, the so-called "Green Ninja Fanbase", stirred up. One measly sighting of Lloyd and it was as if everyone in a 5-mile radius had come to greet the young hero. He was fed up with kissing babies and shaking hands. Signing autographs had caused more hand cramp then the 24/7 training they did.
It was safe to say, Lloyd has had enough.
But what could he do about it? Nothing. Which annoyed the blonde boy more than the actual fans did.
"This was the city's way of showing appreciation" Sensei Wu had told him when he brought it up to the old man. Lloyd would have been much happier if they had given him a bag of candy and a good night's rest. Honestly, he could do without the meet and greets, the screaming fans, the bodyguards, and the mobs. 9 times out of 10 all he wanted to do was eat and watch movies or play games with his siblings. He didn't want to be bothered by the crowds. He loved his fans. Don't get me wrong. They were amazing. Most of them at least. They were extremely helpful and Lloyd couldn't help adore them. This annoyance was a surprise for the normally happy kid. Regardless of his anxiety of the crowds, he did want to meet all of his fans, he just wished he could pick when he met them. Certainly not on missions...
Anger was prominent in Lloyd which but everyone on the edge. Not even the soothing hollow hallways of the newly rebuilt monastery managed to calm his anger of which seemed very overbearing as he made his way towards the main dojo. The green ninja manages to rein in whatever anger he could handle before pushing open the door.
"Sensei."
"Ah, my nephew. How is your team doing?" Lloyd sighs before plastering a smile and attempting to participate in the small talk. Most of the time, Lloyd enjoyed talking to his family about anything. But recently, all he wanted to do was lounge around and watch Netflix. Enough with the silly training that wasn't doing much. It's not like they could do anything with all the talk of ninja's going around. Overall, Lloyd thought this training was rather useless since there was no chance - for the foreseeable future- the ninja's would be able to use it in combat without causing even more damage.

FanficAfter the final battle between Lloyd Garmadon and his father, the evil overlord returned to light and the citizens of Ninjago recognized Lloyd as their savior. Lucky him right? Well, the problem is; it's kinda hard to be a ninja when everyone knows...
