It was a slow snow,
Not fast like a blizzard.
Took its time, like a float in a big parade;
Took its time coming down.
It was a gentle snow,
Soft and careful,
Cautious, not too fast.
Because it was a slow snow.
It was a steady snow,
Fell for hours, no stop.
Landed lightly,
Cause it was a gentle snow.
It didn't get tired, didn't stop,
Cause it was a slow snow.
