You can't erase a letter
That's written in pen.
So should I still
Give it to them?
Words can't be taken back,
But they don't have to be given,
Is the wise choice to scribble over in black?
Though it's not in context anymore,
The reason why is a heavy burden,
For the surprise to be given is no longer certain.
How to explain,
Should I simply pull the reins
And list off the issues I have with them?
Then give them a token
Of appreciation
In memory of this creation?
