(S:1 E:1) Ruby Makes Cookies

(3rd POV)

In a space of pure whiteness, the giant blocky title and a certain rose emblem drop from the sky to the ground, where the five miniaturized members of Team RWBAY pop out from behind it to smile, wave and adopt poses for the audience while an unseen speaker announces the story as: "RWBAY CHIBI"!

Ruby and Alex Makes Cookies

Ruby is being dragged by Alex into the kitchen walking to a table with a red bowl, a bag of flour, some eggs, and a package of Choco Chippies on top. "Alex, why are you being a meanie and dragging me to the kitchen?" Ruby asked, still being dragged by Alex.

Once Alex gets next to the table she picks up Ruby off the floor and starts to speak. "Because Ruby, you are looking great today by the way. I am sick of your shit. I feel like I should mention how you are a real fun person to be with. I am tired of you asking me to make you cookies when I am busy! You look even more beautiful in the light if that was possible. And I am done making you cookies whenever you want them so you are going to make them from now on! You know your lips look lonely, do you think they would like to meet mine?" Alex said.

Alex was using a compliment sandwich but longer. She would first give Ruby a compliment then give the insult then another compliment. "Thanks. What do you mean? Really I am that fun? I just want cookies! R-really I look more b-beautiful in this light? But, I don't know how to bake! And yes I think they would." Ruby said getting in a kiss with Alex after giving a response to all the things Alex said.

Alex and Ruby separated after a few seconds of kissing the two girls looked at the table and the stuff on it. "I know, which is why I am going to teach you how to bake your own cookies from now on. Step 1 crack the eggs open and spill the yolk into the bowl." Alex said hugging Ruby to the side. Ruby then breathed in and out and grabbed the eggs.

Ruby did what Alex said and started tapping one of the eggs on the side of the bowl, but the shell doesn't crack. Ruby and Alex look perplexed for a moment, then Ruby tries rapidly hitting the egg with the same lack of results. Scowling to herself, she finally jumps up, screaming in rage, before throwing the egg into the bowl, where it finally splits open in a burst of white pieces and some orange yolk landing on her cheek, which she silently glowers at.

"Okay good enough. Step 2 pour flour into the bowl." Alex said. Ruby grabs the flour sack and then attempts to gently pour some of the flour into her bowl, but when none comes out, she gets up on the table itself and tips the whole bag over it upside-down. Giving it a cautious shake. "Wait Ruby that's not-" Alex was saying until the flour bursts from the bag like a hose.

This causes Ruby to scream and the camera to be obscured in powder before the dust clears to reveal piles of white around the kitchen and a pasty-faced Ruby with dizzy eyes with Alex still standing with flour all over her.  "-a good idea." Alex said, wiping the flour off her face.

Ruby then stands up and shakes the flour off of her. "Okay step 3 add chocolate chips to the bowl. You go do that while I go and clean up." Alex said leaving the room to go and wash the flour off. Ruby then looks at the opened package of chocolate chips sitting alone next to the bowl. Ruby then uses her fingers to pick one solitary sweet out of the container and chomps down on it.

Ruby pauses with her hand in her mouth as she tastes it. Her eyes dart from the screen to the bag, back and forth until she grins and starts digging into the chocolate treats, grabbing handful after handful into her open mouth from behind the table, in front of it, and even outside the window.

Alex returns a few minutes later cleaned off standing next to Ruby. "Time for step 4 stir the spoon in the bowl for a few minutes." Alex said. Ruby attempts to move it only to find the spoon is stuck. She attempts to move it towards her with both hands while grunting. Ruby begins pulling on it from the tabletop with her feet planted on the bowl until she's launched back.
