"So I guess we meet again," Lisa said as she took a seat in front of the angry looking man.

He spat.

Neither Lisa nor Jongin budged.

"I bet dear old uncle won't be pleased to know that you'll be going back to prison. For life this time."

He just defiantly stared at Lisa.

"Found your partial print on the bullet you left at the restaurant." Lisa opened the folder and showed the man the picture.

"How can you even be sure that that partial print matches my client's fingerprint? Partials are hardly usable," argued the lawyer.

"Oh I'm very sure. My forensic expert taught me that there must be at least 12 common points or minutiae when comparing partial prints to be considered a match. Your client's sweaty thumb provided us with a great 15 common points," Lisa calmly replied. "You can argue in court if you want."

Lisa then looked at Seungjin. "We found your accomplice Choi Hanlim's prints on the steering wheel of the black SUV used in the drive-by shooting."

"So? Doesn't prove that my client was there," the lawyer spoke again.

"Your client wasn't only there, he pulled the trigger that almost killed me and my partner." Lisa looked at the lawyer.

"The bitch you're banging, you mean?" Seungjin sneered.

Lisa slammed the table, standing up to lean towards Seungjin – leaving only a few inches of space between their faces.

Seungjin literally jumped in his seat.

"Say that again and I swear you'll wish that you were never born." Lisa snarled, pointing her finger at the man but didn't touch him.

"Are you going to abuse my client, Inspector Manoban?"

"No but oh how I wish I could." Lisa didn't move from her spot. She could see Seungjin's eyes shifting nervously although his expression was still that of total disgust and defiance.

"Is that a threat?" The lawyer asked again.

"Oh quit the sneaky yapping," Jongin told the lawyer. "Your client broke out of prison. He was caught while trying to escape after shooting at three police officers and a civilian. We found a .45 on him that matches the bullet lodged in Inspector Park's arm and the bullets we found all over her car. It also matches the bullet that hit Inspector Manoban at the drive-by shooting. And I haven't even started on the bribery cases that we could easily link to your client. No judge would ever let your client walk. He'll be spending the rest of his life in prison. Save your breath, Counsel."

The lawyer clenched his jaws and said nothing more.

Lisa slowly sat back down. "I wanna know why though."

"Why what?" The lawyer asked.

"Why take all the trouble to go after Miss Kim? You're really asking for your uncle's scolding, you know." Lisa looked at Seungjin. "He must not be pleased to have gone through all that trouble to get you out just to see you behaving this way."

"Please do not drag his family member into this. You have no proof that links his family to his recklessness," the lawyer sternly stated.

"Ah. Dear old uncle has finally given up on you, huh? This lawyer looks like he's defending your uncle and not you." Lisa chuckled. Her smile disappeared instantly a few seconds later. "Why?"

The man scoffed. "Wouldn't you like to know?" He smirked. "Yoogeol Hyung was right. You're weak. It's so easy to push your button." He leaned forward. "I'll give you a free tip, Inspector." He mockingly emphasized the title. "Don't care too much. You're making it too easy for us." He then laughed.
