As a social worker, my job is to handle where kids live. When I heard that a banker would be caring dor their situation, I stepped in before I was too late.
I interviewed this Count Olaf character, and he wasn't fit enough to care for the children. His house was a mess, and he was up to something. I told him we'd be in touch, but we weren't. I had to break the Baudelaire's will, but it was for the good of the children.
I interviewed Montgomery Montgomery, and he was perfect. The children lived with him, and they were happy.
Until Count Olaf killed him.
I interviewed Josephine Anwhistle, but she wasn't right either. I didn't bother to interview the lumbermill, because there is no way it is safe for the children. I interviewed Esmé and Jerome Squalor, and they were perfect. I also enrolled the children at Prufrock Prepatory School. They would go to school there while living with the Squalors.
Everything was fine until Olaf was found trying to plot against the Baudelaires with Esmé. Luckily, injustice was out, so Esmé turned him into the cops. Olaf rotted in jail, but nobody could find his henchman.
The Baudelaires lived with the Squalors, going to school alongside the Quagmires, who I also helped out. Esmé then proclaimed injustice was in. Fearing the worst, I made the Daily Punctillio change their headlines to say that injustice was out again. I had to do this several times while Esmé cared for the children.
The children have grown up now, and I have been in contact with them. Violet is an inventor, Klaus is am author, and Sunny is a chef. As for the Quagmires, Duncan writes for the Daily Punctillio, and Isadora writes poetry for the same newspaper. Quigley was found in the Mortmain Mountains. After being reunited with his siblings, he went to live with them at Kit Snickett's house.
The children are happy together, and nothing bad has happenned to them since Olaf was captured.
