Leah Gadane

As she awakens, she shivers.

I leave her there laying on the ground while I go and gather some food before she sees me and panics.

What does she like?
She doesn't smell like a wolf, neither like a witch.
What is she?
A faerie?
Or human?
I gathered some berries and nuts, but I found a rabbit.
Maybe she likes rabbits, just like me.

I arrive back at the cave and see that she's not there anymore.
I look around, and...
Something hits me.
The impact was low but I could still feel it since my body was weak and brittle.
I turn in the direction of it and then I see her.
My senses alter and my breathing fastens. I smell in her scent and I clench my jaw in order to keep the animal in me.
My instinct is telling me to go and mate with her.
"Who are you?"
She speaks, the first time I ever hear her talk.
I place down the food and look up at her.
I slowly approach her, scared that she might run away.
"Leah Gadane," I answer.
I keep on approaching but she keeps on walking backwards.
"Don't come any closer!"
I stop.
Why would she say that?
Doesn't she feel the same way I do?
I'm her mate.
"You're my mate," I explain.
But she doesn't realize it.
It's like she doesn't know what a mate is.
I step closer, our bodies mere inches.
I could feel her fear which is making me want to protect her. Hold her tight into my arms and make sure she's not scared anymore.
"Whoa! Don't touch me!" She flinches away as I make a way to hold her.
I frown.
"I don't get it," I murmur.
She looks at me with confusion.
Now I understand why "You're a human."
She frowns even deeper, but now she looks to be more scared. I could feel the thumping of her heart even faster than the first time we met.
Maybe she needs to see my natural form.
I take off my shirt and shorts and I stare at her.
She probably doesn't know what I'm about to do.
"What?" She looks down at the shirt laying on the ground back up to me.
She looks at my body then her face turns red.
I feel the rising heat in my body as my bones break and morph into what are the bones that make up my wolf form. The fur growing out of my skin and canines growing out of my mouth.
She sees me completely transformed which caused her to fall back down.
I bow my head towards her.
Touch my fur.
And nothing.
Maybe she doesn't understand me so I shifted back into my human form and look up at her.
Maybe humans have a different way to seduce.
So I look at their eyes, brown and warm.

I step back, my back hitting the other side of the cave, then I close my eyes and sighed.

"Seduce me!"
And the curious thing about wolves is that when an Alpha commands you, you shall do what is commanded.
But a minute passes by and nothing.
I open my eyes.
"Fuck!"
She's not there anymore.
