Chapter 21

I get up from the bed and start putting my clothes back on.

"Have you seen my phone?" I ask

"Yeah right here" Cam responds as he reaches for my phone near the pillow and passes it to me

"Thanks"

I zip up my doc martens then stand up and turn back to him

"I guess I'll see you around" I say as I put my phone in my pocket and turn around and head for the door, as I go to grab the knob he speeds for the door and puts his hand to the door and holds it there, making me jump.

"What do you mean you'll see me around?" He asks

"Jesus Cam, you scared the fuck out of me" I say with a laugh and I turn around but his face is serious

"I- did I say something wrong?" I ask

"You said you'll see me around. Are we not going to fix things?" He asks and I open my mouth to talk but nothing comes out

"Cara.." he basically whispers

"Yes?" I whisper back

"I don't want to lose you again" he whispers and I immediately pull him in for a kiss and my heart flutters, the butterflies in my stomach are intense.

I pull away from him and he slowly opens his eyes and looks down at me.

"Cara I-" he hesitates for a couple seconds

"I really like you" he says and I smile

I caress his cheek and place a soft kiss on his lips

"Cameron Dallas?" I ask
"Yes?"
"Would you like to hold my hand as I walk downstairs" I ask and he laughs

"Of course, my queen" he says as he grabs my hand and brings it up to his lips and kisses it softly

I open the door and the music bumps through the house. I lead the way and walk down the steps as he follows, still holding my hand and I walk into the kitchen and see everyone there and they all look at me then see Cam, then our hands and smile.

"God, I'm such a genius" Jade says as she pats herself on the back and Braden laughs

"Don't get too cocky now hun" Olly adds

"This one isn't a simp" he says and I try to pull my hand away from Cam, embarrassed, yet he grips it tighter and just laughs

"I'm a changed man Olly" he says and the group laughs awkwardly.

"Who wants a shot?!" Alexa adds, drunk.

She passes us all mini red solo cups and grabs a bottle of strawberry vodka and pours.

We all cheers then down the shot.

"I need more" I say as I let go of Cam's hand.

"Let's get drunk bitch!" Jade yells and I scream

"Wooooo!"

"Yeah, have fun doing whatever you call this, the boys and I are gonna play pong outside" Tracey says motioning towards us and I flip him off

"Bye whore" Alexa says

I snatch the bottle from her hand and swallow at least 3 shots and I pull it away and make a disgusted face.

"Get lit bitch" I say to Jade and she opens her mouth and puts her head back as I pour vodka into her mouth while Alexa records us on snap.

We watch the video back, laughing and suddenly I feel a hand on the back of my thigh and I turn around.
