Chapter 5

Hearing that Jisoo grabbed each on of our hands and literally dragged us till the cafeteria. Yep, that's the effect of chicken on Jisoo.
We took our food and rushed to our usual table.

"So..." Jennie broke the silence that was caused by us stuffing our face with food.
Jisoo was still eating. I was glad to see her face light up because of chicken. *Cute*
"Are you guys free today??" Chaeng continued

Third person POV

All of them looked at Jisoo. Jisoo was as oblivious as she always was around chicken, she had tuned the world out.

Once she finished eating she looked up only to be met by the gazes of the 3 others.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that? Did I spill on my self?" She said worried and looked down at her uniform.

Thats when she heard laughter, she looked up to see that all her friends were laughing.

"You're so cute~" Lisa cooed while pinching Jisoo's cheeks. While the other girls looked like their faces hurt from laughing.

"Why are you guys laughing?" Jisoo said, pouting.

"Nothing babe, its just that you always have the same reaction" Lisa said while laughing.

Jisoo huffed and shrugged it off. She had to admit this does always happen.

"Anyways what were you asking?" Jisoo asked reaching for food.

"Just asking if you were free today." Jennie said while putting a slice of meat in her mouth.

"Oh....actually I am not sure. I might be free if the other teachers don't give us any homework" Jisoo said while sulking. She hated homework.

"Same here" Jennie said. Jisoo and Jennie had the same classes.

"Oh..ok" Chaeng said, evidently disappointed.

"I might be free though" Lisa quickly said "..But then again I am not so sure..." Lisa added after seeing the reaction from the two elders.

"By the way.. Unnie.." Chaeng said looking at Jisoo, "Didn't you say you had to meet someone today?"

Jisoo choked on her food, coughing she sputtered, "Oh..did...I?" she said in between coughs. Lisa looked at the others. She didn't remember the oldest had to meet someone.

"Who?" She sternly asked, looking at Jisoo. Jisoo just hid her embarrassed face with her hands. The oldest had completely forgotten about meeting Taehyung at the library. She was more surprised as that Jennie told Chaeng. She looked at Jennie with an accusing look, as if to say "I can't believe you told her".

Lisa was still confused as to why Jisoo was so flustered. She looked at Jennie, "Spill", she commanded.

"Oh, you know the penalty." Jennie said.

"You're going to meet him today? Why didn't you tell me?" Lisa asked Jisoo softly. According to the text she got from Jennie, Taehyung made her cry.

"It slipped my mind. I would've forgotten about it if it wasn't for pasta." She looked at Lisa with a small smile. She knew Lisa was more protective of her than her own brother.

"You should have told me" Lisa said with a sigh. "Tell me when to pick you up ok? Also don't think about anything too much. Go with the flow ok? If he does anything to upset you punch him in the face or the stomach, wait.. you're too soft you won't do that so you know what give me a quick text and I'll come over and punch him for you-" Lisa was cut when Jisoo shoved a piece of kimchi in her mouth and the others were just laughing.

"Jeez.. you nag a lot", was all Jisoo said before joining the others in laughing.

Lisa then realized she was doing it again. She always got this protective over her friends, but with Jisoo it was a little different, she had made it her personal mission to never let her heart break again.

"I will call you and you can come pick me ok?" The oldest said, knowing that Lisa won't feel at ease if she didn't.

"Ok"

"Guys..hate to break it to you but we don't have a lot of time left. Let's just meet at Jisoo unnie's house after school today?" Chaeyoung said. She knew she had invited themselves to her house without any approval of the elder.

"Ok" Jisoo said, not realizing they made a plan to meet at her house.

"Hey let's go together. Our classes are nearby anyways." Jennie said looking at Chaeyoung.

"Ok. Let's go" Jisoo said enthusiastically while picking up their plates. "I will be back after throwing this" She said and left.

Jisoo was just coming back when she bumped into someone again.

"Ugghhh ! Why do I keep running into people today?" Jisoo silently cursed to herself.

"Oh sorry." She heard a soft voice say. She looked up to see....

Park Jimin

"Sorry I didn't see you there" Jimin said, scratching his nape.

"Its ok. I bumped into you so I should be the one who is sorry. Sorry" Jisoo said with a small laugh. Park Jimin was one of Seokjin's friends. She never met him but she knew that he was in the group-chat with Seokjin.

"I'll see you around I guess Jisoo-ssi"

"I wouldn't have it any other way Jimin-ssi" Jisoo said while giving him the warmest smile, causing Jimin to chuckle lightly

She made her way back to the table.

"Let's go" Jennie said, linking her arms with Chaeyoung. Jisoo linked her arms with Lisa.

"Ok"

With that they left, the group that was praised and envied alike because of the strong bond each on them possessed with the other.

A/N: Another crappy chapter down. I wanted to update earlier but I had guests over. Its not much here just consider this a chapter that will help the story build, like some really long filler chapter.
