Chikyuu no Kyojin: Ultraman Xenos

The Hero Returned

(A/N: I decided to put the new theme will be Eiyuu no Uta, because I like this song as well)

It's been three years long since Xenos left Earth under the protection of Volance and Orb. Mephisto mostly seek to destroy anyone he sees at enemy. But things on Earth has become better than before after Xenos left.

Three years later...

The Kaiju has been able to live along side with humans. It shows many thing has changed. Gudon is helping some diggers to their jobs, Arigera is flying into space while bringing some new item toward the space station, Demagaa is walking around the volcano area where some hot spring are held. Then at the sky of Osaka, it shows Blast Striker is flying around the city. Yuuto is piloting it as Yoshina sit at the back seat.

Yoshina: Wow! It's been awhile since I'm flying!

Yuuto: Right? Then, let's go back to base.

Yoshina: Eh? Already?

Yuuto: We're in a patrol job, not sit-seeing.

Yoshina: Fine, I though I'm going to have some more fun.

Yuuto: If you wanted so much then pilot this jet yourself!

Yoshina: No, thank you!

Then Striker went back to Drazen Base.

At Drazen Base...

Yuuto and Yoshina enter the operation room and the others are doing their normal stuff. Kikai is typing on the keyboard, Okami and Shinjo are playing Japanese chess and Asuna reading fashion magazines. But Haruki isn't in the room. Despite they aged a few, some of them still look the same, except for Kikai because he's android and he can't aged.

Yuuto: Huh? Where's Captain?

Kikai: Captain left to the UDF to have a meeting with other defense force captain. So, Member Okami is acting Captain right now, that's all.

Yoshina: Oh...

Then they put their heltmet back on the table. Then they went to their post and just do what do wanted, playing games with each other. Then Shinjo place his chess piece in front of Okami's.

Shinjo: Checkmate.

Okami: *sigh* Again?

Asuna: It's already clear, Senpai can't beat Shinjo.

Shinjo: Now, who will fight with me next?

Asuna: No thanks.

Yuuto: I'm pass.

Yoshina: Me too.

Shinjo: Then, how about you Sei--

Before he can finish, he look at Seiji's table and it still look the same since left. Nothing of his stuff is disturb or taken.

Shinjo: That's right. I forget about it...

Okami: He's left for three years already. There's no telling when he'll come home.

Asuna: I kinda miss him already.

Yuuto: Who doesn't? Ever since he left, we EDG did change but... the change doesn't meaning anything to us if Seiji's not here.

Yoshina: We wait for so long but... he still hasn't come home yet.

Okami: All we can do is wait for him. Even if it's painful, there's nothing we can really do about it. And we've been fighting with ourselves since then.

Yoshina: When will he come home...?

Yuuto: We must wait. I'm sure that he'll come home when the time is really right.
