Jungkook gripped the handles of the shopping bag so loosely that even a passing breeze could make it fall down.
His face was dead and deprived. The slouching posture he wore resembled his attitude.
"Come on babe, you're walking too slow." said the young woman ahead of him.
"You really had to bring me instead of your members?" complained the boy.
"I had no other choice. Lisa and Jisoo have a photoshoot, and Chaeyoung is in Paris..." she explained.
Jungkook groaned in return.
"Jennie, this killing me."
"Stop your whining. We'll get food after, 'kay?"
Jennie promised, kissing him on the cheek.
Jungkook smiled.
"I'm gonna have to pay, huh?"
"You're a BTS member; of course you're paying."
"Yeah, that makes sense..." sighed Jungkook, accepting his fate.

"Hey, you think this would look good on me?"
Jungkook eyed the article of clothing as if it was suspicious.
"Yeeeaaahhh... no." he answered bluntly, making Jennie pout.
Jungkook then grabbed a different piece of clothing off the rack and showed it to her.
"This one is waaay better." Jungkook exaggerated, holding up an outfit that was baggy and all-black.
Jennie started laughing at his choice.
"Wow, our styles are pretty different then..." she said to him.
"Hey this isn't as bad as that skimpy one." Jungkook argued.
"So you don't want me going around in revealing clothes?" Jennie repeated, thinking his protectiveness was amusing.
"Nope."
Jungkook quickly shook his head at her question.
"You're so cute when you're protective." the Blackpink member said to herself.
Jungkook heard it and realized what she meant by "revealing clothes".
"I meant that Korea is getting so cold nowadays. If you wear that thing, you're going to get sick." he restated to make his point.
Jennie opened her mouth at her mistake.
"You're so cute when you get things wrong." he grinned sarcastically.
Jennie threw a playful punch at him in return for the tease.
Jungkook kept the joke going and made himself fall with the punch.
JK was now on the hard, cold floor.
Not knowing it was a joke, the girl worryingly rushed to the boy on the ground.
"Oh my gosh, are you okay?"
Signaling her to come closer, Jungkook brought his mouth near her ears to whisper something.
"Can we get food now?"
Jennie's look of concern turned into one that was slightly annoyed.
However, it quickly morphed into a small smile when she saw his own grin.
She sighed.
"Fine."
