"How bad is it?"
"It's not good." The doctor said.
"Just, give it to me straight doc."
"It's likely Dipper could be in this state indefinitely." The doctor said.
"Is he...?"
"Yes Mr. Cipher, he could be in a coma permanently." The doctor said.
JUST KIDDING!
No, I wouldn't put another charter in a coma. That's just cruel. Sorry, I had to...
No, here's the real chapter.

When Dipper woke up, his throat burning.
He looked around the room and realized he was in a hospital.
What happened?
Memories flashed through his mind.
The water balloon fight.
The picnic.
Truth or Dare.
The Lake.
I was drowning!
But...how did I get here?
He did his best to try and remember what had happened in the water, but it was all a blur.
All he could remember was being in the water, unable to think, breathe, or swim.
He felt chills go down his spine from thinking about what happened, he decided maybe it was best to not think about it.
As he was sitting there he felt some sort of movement. Dipper felt something in his hand. He looked down and saw that he was holding someone's hand, or rather someone was holding by his hand.
He followed the arm until he saw a figure slumped over, sleeping on his arm, on Dipper's hospital bed.
A very familiar figure.
The figure wore a yellow pullover and black jeans. His hair was yellow, with a black undercut.
Dipper couldn't see his face, but he didn't have to.
His eyes began to brim with tears.
He took his free hand and ran it through Bill's hair.
It felt soft, like he had just showered a little while ago and his hair had just dried.
"Mmmm," Bill said sleepily. He nuzzled his head into Dipper's hand.
"Hey, you're finally awake," Bill said sleepily. Bill rolled over and looked up at Dipper.
"I'm sorry, but I am finally awake!?" Dipper said angrily.
It took Bill a moment to realize just how serious Dipper was.
Dipper looked away, the tears that were brimming his eyes finally falling.
"Nine months Bill..." Dipper muttered, "You've been in a coma...for nine months..."
Bill looked at the floor.
"I...I know...I'm sorr-"
"Shut up," Dipper cut him off.
"I spent almost all that time...coming in to visit you," Dipper said.
"I came in every day. I never missed a single day...That is, until a week ago...when I realized something."
