Why should our goal only be more learning

I'm tired of acting like things are alright
I'm tired of putting up a good fight
When the outcome is death
Maybe I should just move west
Where even in the sun
Sin smiles while holding a gun
I wont care for the rude disregard
And truthfully my heart is filled up with guards
Nothing could possibly hurt me more
Then the strain I get from these sores
So I ask again why we try for more
When all life is is a great big whore
